Leave it as it is. The only over powered ship I can think of right now are the shuttlecraft in this game. Can put any console from a big ship on them , and can destroy a D'deridex , mogai and bird of prey in the mission , The Vault . So nerf them first. And if you don't like it don't fly it , it's is as simple as that
Lack of tactical on the ship is a bit TRIBBLE from my view coming from a tac orientated player. Im trying this on my engie like as i was sick of the armitage and since i have on my main the jem dread fully kitted and kicks bum i thought id try the new carrier on my eng alt. So far im not really doing much damage even with good stuff. Managed to get the turn rate to 10 tho and using aux to damp it can go to 14 i think so that a2d is kinda a replacment for omega since i cant use omega on this (grrrr).
Thought with it being ap orientated id try ap setup. Nice beams but duno if there as good as my phased pols on my jem dread. But its a new ship ill experiment a little on her. I wana get her as close to my 12k jem dread as i can like but most i think ill manage might be about 8k if that, tho i suppose i should do a check of my dps on ise to see what im really dishing out.
I could do a2b setup but rather not as id like to have decent aux for healing my ship rather than spamming low power heals and recycles of powers.
Its a 6 weapon eng carrier that turns about as fast as a cruiser sitting still, with no real tactical ability. Faw kills the drones, and everything can stay behind it. What's op'd about this?

Try a single atb build with photonic officer, tech doffs and photonics - its not as powerful, but the reduction can prove quite effective, I've found
...of course if you run two eptxs, you'll have to decide between three techs and two damage or the other way around - lowered cd versus chance of epte cycle failure

With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.
I saw one of these in ISE deal 890 DPS, the mission was over before I realized it. it was not fun at all
I heard some people broke the 1K dps with the ship. That's crazy. Some players are trying to make D'kyr + obe team, and they can put some crazy DPS. The a2b+dem and escort era as ended, D'kyr and Obe will rule now.
I always laugh when I think this ship was designed as a tank, when he doesn't have enough DPS to take aggro over someone else pets. Except if you pay 800lobis for a console.
And the ship have totally OP BOFF (I love you Worf) and really powerful weapons to have some DPS during the Sphere of Influence mission. Otherwise, nobody would use it.

Sarcasm has now been recognized as an Exploit, and will be nerfed to avoid further confusion.
There was an unforseen bug that occured while nerfing *sarcasm*, an over redundant and slow speech pattern was force analoged, resulting in a rise in Assualt and Battery server wide......

It's all down to the build. I have seen builds which could barely destroy the probes in vortex elite, but i have also seen builds with incredible damage output.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
