Cell phone jammer is an interesting and helpful device when we don?t want to be bothered by the cell phone noise. I just bought myself a cell phone jammer the other day ,it is working great and BTW, it?s legal here in my country.

Hey there! Im looking to join a pvp oriented t4/5 fleet.
Im playing a ferasan recluse carrier healer myself. Pls tell me if im right here
All Ferasans are welcome! Our starbase is currently T4 (with all facilities T4), a complete Embassy, and both Dil mine tracks are T1 with one of the facility upgrade projects filled. We're not PvP oriented, but several of us (myself included) like to PvP (I love PvP).
I'm thinking of opening up naming rights to my Ferasan's upcoming Risian Cruiser to the highest bidder.

Sooo....I had some stipend Zen stashed and finally bit in on the sale and bought myself the Odyssey. And yes, I know, I'm already banging my head on the desk for not doing this before. :P The cruisers are my thing in STO and since I really love the Bortasqu' I should have expected that I'll really like the Oddy. After all, it's the Bortas' older sister. I must say, I'm falling in love with this ship fast. A truly amazing piece of thecnology.
Then I remembered that I've seen at least a couple of you guys using the Odyssey, so I'd like to ask you for build ideas or suggestions that worked for you. I know my cruisers, but still it's always helpful to hear from someone that actually uses the Odyssey. I'd be glad if anyone shares a build that works for him that will give me ideas where to go.
I'll be primarily using her on my fresh lvl 50 tac. Captain, he doesn't have any special consoles or the rep.passives yet, so any advice is wellcomed that could help me decide as to what equipment I want to go for first.

I used all 8 slots for beam arrays and just did broadsides. You don't need an RCS console if you use Chevron Separation a lot, as that gives you the turn rate of an escort. And I used the Lt. Cmdr Uni slot as a Tac slot with Tac Team 1, Target Shields 1/2, and Target Weapons 3. And the Lt. Tac I had Beam Overload 1 and FaW 2.

In my own case, I used 7 slots for beam arrays, all of which are XII Polarized Disruptors [Acc] [Dmg]. The 8th slot is for that Rommy torp spammer. And make sure to use those Borg doffs so you can massively spam that torpedo!
I also have the Chevron Separation, and the Aquarius pod. Keep in mind that I bought the Tactical and Engineering versions several months apart, which is why I don't have the Science version. If you can get all 3 at once, then do it, and equip all 3 consoles. The set bonus will increase all your Engineering systems, which increases your hull hitpoints, armour boosts, slightly increases your turn rate, and reduces the countdown timer for the Odyssey console abilities.
As for energy type, you could very well use a full Plasma build. Whether you choose the Fleet or Reputation Plasma weapons, make sure to ask around for someone with a T3 embassy to allow you access so you can load up the Rommy shield generators. That stacking will up your plasma damage to insanity, plus boost your own shields and hull to be better than anything you can get from the Exchange.

Yeah, I'll probably use at least one torpedo launcher, I have the wide angle quantum one from the Regent so I intend on using that one.
I got all of the Oddys, so I can use the set bonuses, but I plan to put the Aquarius to sleep sometimes after I get a couple of uni.consoles I'd like to use. Mainly because the Odyssey & Bortasqu' received a stealth buff with the comming of the Scimitar, so now the Enhanced engineering systems is a 2 piece bonus and the 3 piece bonus is the bonus to the turn rate and gives your separated saucer work bees and gravity well ability. The 3-piece cooldown reduction is nice though.
About the energy type, I must admit I'm a bit torn apart. I know I'll probably get more oomph from the plasma weapons, but on the other hand I really like to use phasers and quantums on my Starfleet ships, being a Trek fan and all. I may try the canon combo and see how it goes, if I'm not satisfied with the output I may consider changing.

Weapon energy was at a permanent 125/100 whenever going into battle. The lowest my weapon energy went was like 25-40/100. And I used FaW a lot. The Ens. Uni. slot, IIRC, was an Engi slot. I would check but R'Mel is not back in the galaxy. She's going to kill the Kelvins.
