Launcher will not Authenticate [Resolved!]

    You're not the only one, mine says inactive, subscribed for zero days when it should be Lifetime and Subscribed for ~950 days.

    Usually this happens when they do account maintenance related stuff but that's usually announced so my guess is technical issues. Time will tell. :)

    anyone else having the issue with account info saying your inactive also now. it used to say lifetime for me now..inactive.

    I might just switch back to the game I was playing that name of it is censored in this forum roflmao its becoming more of a grind than the censored one so I prolly will just pick this back up once I see some kdf stuff being added to the game the constant downtime of this game is just getting too annoying.

    Same here. Got kicked out in the middle of an STF - can't authenticate.

    It's saying the same thing for me too. I've tried logging in at least five times.

    I really hope Cryptic can get its act together soon.

    Just got booted from game and am getting this message too prolly means the launcher crashed.

    Same here guys, cannot log in because an error with the authentification. -_-

    So why should I pay for scimitar when the money it's clearly not going into making the game better?

    I shudder to think of the long weekend coming up, dunno when it's the american long weekend, but... when it happens... hoo boy, people will be praying the servers dont die

    I just looked at mine. Its also says I'm inactive, and have subscribed for 0 days. My LTS says otherwise. Makes me wonder if they've had a complete system failure.

    I guess the good thing is im not the only with "Unable to authenticate".

    same here says unable to authenticate when i tried to relog think the server crashed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just logged in and then had to log out and now its saying my account is inactive? I just bought the LTS about a month ago. Any help would be appreciated.

    That's because the account server is down. It can't retrieve any account information so you're showing as the default no-information setting: Inactive. Once it comes back up you'll have the correct listing.

    Just finished 5 days of 12 hours of work each and wanted to play a bit before going to bed. Glad to know my LTS is going to such quality.

    I was just logged in and playing for a few hours, but I logged out a few minutes ago to take a break and now I get the "unable to authenticate" message from the launcher.

    Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.

    Unable to authenticate. I hope the event doesn't suffer from these server meltdowns, the grace period to get 1000 pearls is not very tolerant.
