A project that had two separate slots with one requiring science and the other requiring medical has not been changed.
That actually *hurts* the Medical in the ones where they were split up.
I know how I'd be if I were donating DOFFs to a Science OR Medical project: I'd just go "check, check, check, donate!"
If I needed those Medical for the one where it's still split up, I'd be out of luck now.
And seeing as there are many complaints about the drop rate of Medical DOFFs from the Starbase vendor (and I assume in general), this change did the opposite of what we'd expected out of an easing of project requirements.

The one thing im missing in the patch notes... while one-shot orbital striking teams outa nowhere can be kinda fun... any news when the impact circle for the fed orbital strike will return?
not happy that those fleet assignments with separate ops/eng; tac/sec; and sci/med Doffs requirements stay the same. As others have said, this will not fix the issues people were experiencing but make them worse. Since a lot of med doffs are now going to go into the new doff grinders, and will be missing for the 1k projects. Combined with the nerf to mail storage you are really taking more then you are giving. But i guess that was the plan all along.
Are the missing KDf wrapper missions for romulan alligned KDF characters on the radar. These missions are one of the few advantages of the KDF faction, without them rolling a kdf rommie is even more of a waste. Being the minority faction we really need those little perks to keep up with the long queues, and missing FAs.

Corrected tooltip text in the Starbase "Provision Fleet Ships" projects for the Non-Civilian Duty Officer inputs.
This should now correctly state that the project requires Non-Civilian duty officers instead of Tactical department officers.

On another note I didn't see it in notes but what about the Mk XI plasma repeater pistol graphic, that seems to shoot from an odd angle i.e. from the ground instead of the pistol itself.

Romulan captains are now able to Reassign duty officers that are Romulan Republic personnel.
Well it got partially fixed. Now uses all civilians and the Romulan Rank per category, but for a Fed Romulan this means I can only reassign/exchange romulan officers and any civilians. Shouldn't it be any Fed ranked officers and any romulan ranked officers and civilians?
At Starfleet Academy should be able to use both Fed ranked officers and Romulan ranked officers to reassign/exchange doffs or just Fed ranked officers and civilians?
Is there any update regarding the STF Reputation bug for KDF Players, The Be'Ves chest not showing, the Accolades not updating. Or anything else regarding the Omega Taskforce Rep options, there is alot of people reporting these problems here;
And its bin over 5 months atleast that the Be'Ves chest has bin missing, The accolades havnt bin working so can we get an update on the art team? Or anyone that goes over this problem and get it finally fixed pretty please ? (
If needed there several emails I send out to Stahl about this, Ticket reported etc.
I can once again link my toon thats affected by this. But I would like to point out the topic that I link and there several others highlighting the problem. Its something that needs to be fixed pretty please.

Why aren't we allowed to reclaim our "Core Four" bridge officers from the early Romulan Republic missions, like Satra, Hiven, etc? :mad:
You already have the technology to prevent duplicate acquisitions, as you do with the Breen and Reman bridge officers.

The fix for Sensor Scan should be on this Tribble build, but I'll ask around to be certain.

There are very few projects that this affects, and none of them are the ones that are complained about, I fail to see the purpose here.
An overall impressive list of bug fixes, though I seriously hope some of the more game breaking ones not mentioned are really fixed.
