I just subscribed in May, as did my husband. I received my Zen; he has not. He submitted a ticket. After four days he received an automated response that his issue had been resolved.
I refuse to pay for a service that I'm not actually being provided, so we are both going to go ahead and cancel our newly formed subscriptions. Terrible job here, Cryptic.
I would highly advise you to send in another ticket if your issue hasn't been resolved. Their support staff has been hammered lately with both the release of LoR as well as the launch of Neverwinter. I'm not saying that's an excuse for not helping you, just that that's what's been going on over there. Also, did you send your ticket in as a bug report or as a billing ticket? If you used bug report then you will only get an automated response. You need to fill out a billing ticket to get a proper response.

Yep, I too am missing the May payment; and I can't say i received any double payments to my account. I haven't spent any of my Zen for at least 3 months now, so I do know the balance didn't change in May... and now, we are into the month of June. So, what gives??? I turned in a ticket and received the automated response via email. And yes, I am a lifetime subscriber.
In fact I have a few friends who subscribed this month or a few weeks ago who have yet to recieve theirs as well. Is this bugged or something? I typically recieve mine late in the month...and have gotten nothing for may.

It was a billing ticket, not a bug report. What's worse, it took three days just to receive that form-letter of a response. I know they're been slammed, so we'll give it one more shot. Still--I consider this pretty problematic.
I'll say again, neither of these situations happened to me.
When the stipend was manually granted to me back in April, it was for 500 Zen.
I did not get 1000, so May's wasn't accidentally delivered.
I did not get 1500, so June's wasn't also accidentally delivered.
I have tried to contact support, but so far 3 days in and no response.
So...what's the answer? With so many having issues and it seems quite a number only received 1 Stipend, wouldn't the logical course of action be to investigate again on a larger scale?

I have also only gotten 500 for April and nothing since, and I have been LTS for over two years. I usually get my stipend the same day I get my CO stipend with at most a 1 day difference... it's been 4 days since I got my CO stipend.
Also did one of those Peanut Labs offers for 107 Zen; never received that AND after I did it, the Zen you receive for it jumped UP 10 Zen (so now, that offer is for 117 Zen when it was 107 when I did it and completed it).
Fix this NOW, because this actually LEGALLY borders on breach of contract on Cryptic/PWE's part.

Yes, before we were forced to move from CP to Zen or cryptic to perfect world, one could see the exact date in their account and every month on that date points we're credited automatically. Just found out that now, since the system obviously broke, we can only see the number of days the account is active and so in theory you could calculate the exact date you should expect your points. Cumbersome indeed... then again, whatever one calculates now, it doesn't really say anything as it seems.. argh
Hopefully it is fixed now* (eventhough it's not in release notes for today's patch*)

There should be a posting history easily accessible just like the Zen transaction one via the wallet. I dont understand why this is not so yet. How long has it been since the merger? :mad:

I still have not received my stipend, and the PWE Support interface does not allow you to select STO, and will not proceed without it. It will also not allow you select a Billing Issue choice.
I finally got a reply back from support stating that there was a technical problem with stipends in april and I may have received a double stipend. The problem is I didn't even resubscribe until Mid May and still have not received my stipend.
So here goes another round of waiting for support to reply back and hoping they actually read what I wrote them.
Finally received an e-mail-reply to my ticket stating I should have received more than the allotted monthly allowance once, some month. I'm pretty sure I did not. And there seems to be no way to see any transaction history anywhere. The one thing I can see is that there has not been any Zen activity for months. Confusing, to say the least.. back to waiting untill they have resolved their issues.
Finally got my stipend... still waiting on the Peanut Labs Zen, though.

FYI; My ticket had a response; stating that; in April I would have

and there is no way for anyone to see that in their account. Even, the
reply tells me they hope this is not discouraging me to closely watch
my account in the future.. sarcasm? Also; it is stated that there were

I've not seen a stipend in over 2 months...still haven't and you say the delays have been resolved and granted...so wrong! You're coming up on owing me 1500 zen stipends this month....how much longer do I need to wait for that???
We're pleased to report that the stipend delays we reported in this thread have now been resolved! All delayed stipends have been granted, and the stipend granting process is once again automatic.
While we worked on granting delayed stipends, some players may have received duplicate grants. Here are a few important notes regarding duplicate stipends:
If you received one extra stipend in April, you will not be granted your May stipend. If you have already been granted your May stipend, then you will not receive your June stipend.
If you received two extra stipends in April, you will not be granted your May or June stipends. If you have already been granted your May stipend, then you will not receive your June or July stipends.
Some users may experience a delay of several days on the next stipend they receive after the skip.
Thanks again for your patience as our programmers worked on this resolution. With the above steps, all players who are eligible to receive stipends (Gold Members) will get the appropriate amount of promotional ZEN - you just might have gotten it a little earlier.

Its only 2 days into this month thats less than 30 days. The info is going to be exactly within date for most people affected.

Unfortunately for me I received a response saying that if I persisted replying to their emails I would be in violation of TOS.
