Check again, please, because I'm positive I didn't receive 1000-1500 Zen during the manual granting done in April.
One more reason why PWE needs to have some sort of system in place for us to review when we are issued our stipends. That way, any discrepancy can easily be sent to Customer Service in the form of a screenshot instead of wasting so much time going back and forth with people who don't actually read your ticket and just randomly select a canned answer to reply.

My biggest complaint is about the loss of promotions, being forced to buy zen with money, rather than use the stipend.
Another strong complaint is about requiring at least a simply report about the payments of stipend, with dates (even if delayed for thecnical reasons), but had no information from the ticket.
Will have some sort of compensation because of the whole delay? I'm not asking to give back the difference in zen related with the loss of the lockbox key promotion (though it's great if it comes), but as a consumer, paying and invests money in the game, a feeling that was prejudiced in some way is very strong.
And even spending money on the gold and buying zen separately, the delay in receiving responses is very worrying.
Well I am pretty ceartain I only received one last month and nothing this month (which is frustrating as I am so close to the vesta pack or A lot of romulan content

Agreed. Something akin to the transaction history for the dilithium exchange. It may require some extra database work, or perhaps it would be relatively easy to expose that transaction data to the end user, I can only imagine.

Same here and I have already submitted a ticket and waiting a response... which said it will be awhile because of the huge volume. It's the same group that handles all the other purchase problems out there like legacy packs etc.

I received my April 28th stipend on May 6th (I believe). Like some, I never received any extra either and the 28th of May has passed and I have yet to receive my stipend.

I'm sure PWE or someone doesn't want us to know how much we spend because they have some stat/chart/survey that says F2P players pay more when they don't know how much they spend but really guys. You've got to give us something.

I recently resubbed for the expansion, and fairly certain I was not subbed during the stipend issue, yet I am pretty sure I have not yet received mine, I think something may still be wonky with the system.
I have actually found WORSE companies than Cryptic when it comes to service -- industrial machine and repair part companies charge you $1500 to file a request for service let alone the nearly $1800 an hour it costs for the tech to repair the machine PLUS PARTS. Heck it cost me $700 to talk to someone on the phone only to find out it was a burnt out fuse! :eek:
So I read through the post and it is still a little unclear for my situation. My subscription was lapsed and I subscribed shortly after the expansion released. I still didn't get my stipend, so I'm wondering if it's part of the delay mentioned? The original post isn't really clear on if there is a delay for people that had canceled subscriptions during that time but resubscribed after. I just don't want to send a ticket in if it will be coming in a while.
My most recent response from cryptic is that they can confirm that all stipends were delivered, and if I continue to reply or open another ticket my account will be suspended. So even though I can absolutely confirm with gradeschool math that I did not receive my stipend, basically Cryptics answer is "too bad" or else? Now those of us who are lifetime subscribers are being threatened with account suspension? Very bad on you cryptic, not the way to handle a problem which obviously is widespread. I don't care what the system says you have multiple accounts that have not received a stipend, fix the problem don't threaten, I am very disappointed at the treatment received, and sorry I ever spent my hard earned $$ on a LTS.

Ticket 130525-001436 was submitted 5 days ago and has yet to receive a reply. I think your billing dept may be busy with other issues. I'm not alone, I know of several people who have also not received their stipends; some for several months running. This problem has not been resolved. Some pay month by month and others are LTS.
I haven't gotten mine either. (in fact, that was my whole reason for coming to the forums) Though, it's nice to know it's not just me. I should have gotten it a few days ago, I get it around the 27th or 28th. I don't know if it was late last month, I wasn't on at stipend time.
My stipend was a couple of days late this month. I normally get it on the 1st of the month but for May, it did not come until about the 5th.

We're pleased to report that the stipend delays we reported in this thread have now been resolved! All delayed stipends have been granted, and the stipend granting process is once again automatic.
While we worked on granting delayed stipends, some players may have received duplicate grants. Here are a few important notes regarding duplicate stipends:
If you received one extra stipend in April, you will not be granted your May stipend. If you have already been granted your May stipend, then you will not receive your June stipend.
If you received two extra stipends in April, you will not be granted your May or June stipends. If you have already been granted your May stipend, then you will not receive your June or July stipends.
Some users may experience a delay of several days on the next stipend they receive after the skip.
Thanks again for your patience as our programmers worked on this resolution. With the above steps, all players who are eligible to receive stipends (Gold Members) will get the appropriate amount of promotional ZEN - you just might have gotten it a little earlier.
I'll say again, neither of these situations happened to me.
When the stipend was manually granted to me back in April, it was for 500 Zen.
I did not get 1000, so May's wasn't accidentally delivered.
I did not get 1500, so June's wasn't also accidentally delivered.
I have tried to contact support, but so far 3 days in and no response.
So...what's the answer? With so many having issues and it seems quite a number only received 1 Stipend, wouldn't the logical course of action be to investigate again on a larger scale?
