If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
After salvaging and reverse engineering it?
Feds don't know I have it?
Warp speed to earth space station!
That earlier mission the kdf had to take out , what was that, utopia planetia ? Was great.
But if the Feds are dumb enough to have it happen again?
Blow up the earth space station or
tribblefy it
put a virus in it network
If Gozer's question ends up in a new mission, this should definitively be a part of it. Just for giggles. One of your warriors reporting that "the computer is counting numbers", then you have to find a way to switch it off (tricking the computer into override? cutting the power relays? disarming the explosives?).
In general, I like the idea of jury-rigging the ship and trying to bring it home, both in order to save my warriors as well as giving the eggheads at Klingon Intelligence or the KSI something to study. Of course, there would be trouble on the way - starting with securing the ship itself up to dealing with reinforcements and finally escaping into Klingon space. Perhaps the systems only come back on-line one by one, so that you'll start out with some serious debuffs or even some things not working at all.
The idea of using it to deep-strike into Federation space is also tempting, but as glorious as that may be it wouldn't be as efficient as thoroughly analyzing the enemy's weaknesses. And the Empire always comes first.
Suicide missions that end up in a respawn don't feel very consistent, anyways.
Plus, bringing this ship home would surely yield a nice little piece of half-burnt hull for the trophy room, would it not? *wink wink nudge nudge*
...If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Oh, that's easy! I'd fly through Starfleet defenses, land on Endor with a raiding party, ally up with some Tribbles, and destroy the shield generator thereby allowing my fellow KDFers access to destroy ESD. Oh... wait... ahem....

Generally I like Valias' ideas here... "fight" (through puzzles to restore function, as well as fight other Fed ships) to bring the Prize back to Qo'noS and reap the rewards and a nice Trophy for my ship.

I guess it would depend on the ship. If it were let's say one of the Federations "cutting edge ships" this approach would be a good one. Perhaps even it could be used as in intro mission for the new Klingon crafting system, which appears to be some what based on reverse engineering stolen Tech/data.
If instead it is an older ship, I see it more as an opportunity to strike deep and decisively into the heart of the Federation.
I never get to fight other klingons, and I feel like klingons are always fighting eachother in the shows. They have bar fights on an hourly basis, why not let us get into a few of those?
Seriously, you could finally give us some missions on our own ships here. Why not have a fight break out in our mess hall and you (the captain) go down there to deal with the mutineers. Now that sounds awesome.
PS - I have done KvK pvp, but that does not count because klingons players have not engaged in KvK pvp for 3 or 4 months now. When I queue myself up for it, it takes hours to get a match going.

There is a difference between most of the KvK fighting seen in shows and the kind of stuff that episodes are made of. They gave us the "House Always Wins" episodes where the house of Martok was under threat from another house. This episode was great and while some more intra house intrigue would be great, I'd rather have more against the Federation, we are after all at war with them. I don't need/want content that is drunken brawls on my ship as content, it does nothing for the game as whole.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
In terms of seriously in the game....use it to sneak behind federation lines, spy and generally blow stuff up! Or reverse engineer it to do something along the lines of warp to Sol, dock and then self destruct!
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
Would love to see a raid/stf on ESD 5man preferably or a Fleet Action (would give Dan a reason to rebuild ESD ), raiding for EC, Data samples, GPL, mabye even getting a few Fed Race BOffs to join KDF (seeing the real way that is)
Maybe from a episode chain stand point, useing it to make a distraction to capture a high ranking offical of Starfleet to get in further into the sector and take control of an installation.
Take the ship back to Qo'noS, hire the best Ferengi code-cracker in the biz to bypass the security lockouts. Obtain Starfleet's prefix codes for all ships in service. Of course Starfleet will change them but that will take time. There are many ships exploring far from Sol and Memory Alpha...
The House of K'Rath would show the trusting PetaQs how foolish they are to incorporate technology that allows someone to take down their shields remotely! The honor will be mine!
But first to replace my defective plasma coils... damn ionic pulses...
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
Bring in the best computer specialists I knew of to break the codes on the main computer and gain access to everything on the ship.
Assuming success there, I would take a put a small force on the ship (just enough to get it from A to and follow it while cloaked while the ship approached the nearest starbase. On approach, the captured ship would request to dock for repairs following a battle and using the ship's sensors to create false crew signs (and a holographic projection to fool the administrators on the base while speaking on the view screen). Once the ship was in the dock (or in the door), rig the warp core to blow in 20 seconds, then come in with my cloaked ship, beam out of the warriors on board and get the hell out as the warp core explodes causing crippling damage to the station if not destroying it outright.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
I have to say I'm torn between taking it back for study and using it to launch an attack on ESD. But using a Fed ship to sneak in seems a bit dishonorable...
Once i have secured the ship, which in itself can take a mission by itself, i use it to start a rokus in romulan space with it.
Then capture a romulan ship and once its secured, i use it to attack a important federation installation to set both forces tighter at each others throats. Something like ESD, MA.
And if i'm really good i managed to bring both ships back to the home base and can keep one for myself as a spoil of war.
I have to say I'm torn between taking it back for study and using it to launch an attack on ESD. But using a Fed ship to sneak in seems a bit dishonorable...
If it is to pursue a glorious fight against all odds it is always honorable! Qapla' !
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
We did. It was a Runabout. And we freed prisoners with it.
Actually... that wasn't very klingon. According to klingon theory prisoners are supposed to kill themselves, and klingons are supposed to disdain the dishonourable dogs who allowed such a thing to happen to them as opposed to staging a rescue operation.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
If it were one of their newer ships, I would fly it to Qo'noS so that it could be torn down to the bulkheads and its secrets discerned. Its empty hull I would tow to orbit, broken and useless, so that all who came could see the folly of opposing the Empire.
If, on the other hand, it were older or of no value to our engineers or scientists, I would have a prize crew fly the ship while my own ship operated under cloak near to it. We would use it to slip past the Federation's early warning sensors, that we could move deep into their space. Then, we would strike at one of the truly glorious targets of the Federation's Starfleet, like the Utopia Planita shipyards -- and our strike would open with their vessel being flown close enough to wreak havoc with their facilities and detonating its warp core.
I will admit, there would be some pleasure in using their own ships to strike at them in ship combat, but this is a war and only a fool would ignore the opportunity for greater glory.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
Depending on what my current assignment was I would either Tow it back to Qo'nos as a prize, put a prize crew on it and send it back that way, or secure it until another vessel can tow it back. I would be confident in the honor the victory has brought me and not debase myself in using the Federations inferior ships.
I know you problably were wanting to know what I would do with the ship as far as using it but I would not abandon my vessel. I have a crew of good battle hardened and honorable warriors with me. I won't be sneaking about like a Romulan in one of the Federations ships. I will meet my foe head on. Klingons ship versus Federation ship.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
I would do a PvE mission in which I have to warp to Earth Spacedock itself, providing stolen security codes and bluffing my way past ESD's traffic controllers (I need to provide a plausible reason for text or audio-only communications by choosing from a number of dialog options). I would then beam onto ESD itself, as I have been surgically altered to pass as a Starfleet member. All of this to gain access to a hitherto unseen, high-security area within ESD and steal some extremely sensitive information (possibly related to the Undine?). At various points I need to clear security checkpoints, at which I can be found out by selecting the wrong dialog option, which would result in a hasty vaporization.
I should add that this all takes place on the standard ESD social map, filled with actual Federation players. If I tip my hand, they can participated in the violence against me.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
Use it to attack an opposing faction, setting the Federation up as patsies/sowing discontent among the Federation and its allies.
Alternately, I would use it to gain access to a sensitive Federation research/weapons tech facility or use it as a lure for another Fed ship (fake distress call, etc.)/
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
Shoot...are you ready for that can of worms?
I would like to go ahead and capture the federation ship, loot it for advanced tech (we could depending on our difficulty level get to loot green, purple, or blue weaps or consoles.
Perhaps we might be able to use it to fight in PVP and the tag will be a friendly...I'd like to pull a Khan on the feds in PVP...lol
I have many more ideas, but I think I'll start off with those...lol
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Gozer
IMHO, I agree with people who say they'd fight to get it back to Qo'noS for the glory of the empire rather than keep it or use it to start a war.
However... Once we get it back to Qo'noS, I imagine it would be reverse engineered and you might see some Klingon ships BASED on the stolen ship being issued.
So I steal a Galaxy Refit. I get it back to Qo'noS where I receive a hero's welcome.
Then a few days later, maybe I get access to a Daq-class cruiser which is a Galaxy reskinned with a green, more Klingon texture and wings in place of struts. (I doubt they'd keep the saucer design in every case but with a Galaxy, maybe.)
Or maybe a BoP with nacelles that resemble the nacelles of the stolen ship.
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?
Depends on "How".
If we won it in combat, a gift to the High Chancellor might be in order. He could decide if it were best used as a trophy, a pawn in am elaborate trap, or something for study.
If they all died bravely fighting some opponent, I'd subspace Starfleet telling them what happened and leave the ship adrift as a monument to their courage (after downloading the entire database).
If they all died of some virus/disease, I'd leave the away team on board and not beam them back. It would be up to them to figure out what happened, or die (in which case I'd blow the ship up [after having them d/l the database and transmit it to us into a secure memory area (in case its a computer virus)). If they don't die, the away team would be responsible for bringing it back to the Chancellor.
Oh, we'd be on guard too. We know human history and of the Trojan Horse....
If you're a klingon and you managed to get your hands on a Starfleet Ship..... What would you do with it?

i would pull the Khan Maneuver of Starfleets Flagship....
Our Chambers Coil is overloading our Comm System.
