Dont forget giving them a ship that can create a grid with other ships to detect cloaked ships, thus potentially removing klink cloak as a factor of pvp. In the mean time we have to hunt and peck for those packs of Defiant Refits and Galaxy-X's the old fasion way, without the aid of a science ship (Unless some one plays that Carrier that turns like a brick glued to the floor)

So far Feds have got the cloak
Now they are going to get universal slots

The universal i dont care too much but the odds are getting stacked against the klingons really fast.

Another reason why we are ****ed as a faction.
"The mean old over-powered Klingons are kicking our TRIBBLE-s" say the Feds and Cryptic gives them something to balm thier egoes.
"we are still dying really fast" again say the Feds and more goodies are given to even the odds they cry about.
" we can't find the Klingons with thier cloaks it to OP" says the Fed with a knowing grin on his face as Cryptic doles out even more "balancing" changes to game play.
Frankly , I'm sick of trying to compete with the **** that we have to work with and I don't need emblems that badly to enter anymore matches outnumber 3 to 1 by a bunch of RSP-chaining, Fleet support summoning, DEM+PLASMA hull destroying Fed players who call me names if I cloak or run, but ***** when I kill them!
Oddly enough it makes me want to shoot them even more!

Let us drink and never forget, Kor the Dahar Master

and be warned those whos hearts are not Klingon. There is nothing more frightening then a Klingon that shed a solitary tear, and if you are the cause of that tear. Pray for a Quick Death.

That’s why it’s frightening, they take a dagger, make an incision and red tears..

Kahless the Unforgettable disagrees with you (and Spock). :p
Kahless looked into the ocean and wept, for the sword was all he had left of his father and the sea filled with his tears and flooded beyond the shore.

Gotta love it when Trek canon contradicts itself. :)

we have no screenshots of new ships

Btw, CapnLogan has been pulled off of updating Fed ships and is currently working on KDF ships. Ask anyone who keeps up with ship updates and they will verify this... the Defiant is still left with some graphics bugs and discrepancies.

They cannot show you screenshots until the ship is approved by CBS.

You are aware that your statement in red is total ******** right? I mean, retexturing existing ships for the KDF does not require approval. The retrofits, didn't require their approval, so lets just get that out of the way. The new stuff, yes some does, but I heard the Gorn was already approved so no clue why the delay on more screens of it.

Honestly, no more scapegoating CBS on this one.

If it's just a retrofit or re-texture then what are you so impatient about seeing? It's gonna basically be the same thing. Not much to moan about.

And anything new DOES require CBS approval.

Problem is that Cryptic throws mere bones at us while giving the meat to the Feds.
There were Devs in here who made bold promises, but nothing followed on but more hollow words.

So, I'm not the only one who wants to see hard evidence (screenies etc) before believing in any promise made. It couldn't be so hard as the Feds get them regurlaly or on Tribble mear SB1 in Spacedock.

So far, it has been easy for them to throw screenies at us...They can be fabricated. I want to see a video of the upcoming ships....A compilation of what the different ships can do. Consider it the equivalent to military advisors going to a test of the latest military equipment...To frakkin hades with screenies....

Videos are appreciated, requested and demanded....I will not sit back idly and watch them placate us with NPC ships in screenshots telling us the ship models are ready and we are waiting on CBS....bull#^%$....I want a real measure of progress....Notice everytime that we ask about these things for Klingons, they casually avoid the topic...this is especially true of TTS...lol. I have been complaining about a bug there for some time and have heard NOTHING back from them.....

    QFE to this
Give me one reason why a vorcha or b'rel class refit would have to be approved by cryptic when they are both already in game as flyable ships.
all they actually have to do is add the appropiate BO slots and consoles and in the brels case weapons slots and rebalance the hull/shields to be in line with a T5 refit.

That and a semi-feudal society that glorifies violence and death in combat more than nuanced discourse (but maybe that's just a subtextual comment on mythology and religion).
