We've covered which races we dislike most, but what about individual characters? Go to town on who you hated in Star Trek. Don't be bashful.
To get it started,
I absolutely despised Kai Winn! She was the most manipulative, self righteous, condescending, cold hearted B**CH that I've ever has the misfortune of listening to. And she called herself a servant of the Prophets. She got what was coming to her.

You are awesome. And I totally agree. Ew. She's disgusting. And probably one of my big reasons for hating Bajor.
This is probably going to be a chosen a lot but, the only character that I dislike is Wesley. I thought he was annoying, and just too...perfect. A Gary Stu basically.
My most hated? Probably...... Tama. She makes me run around and blow stuff up... then give her all the BLOOS that I get.
Seriously, though. This thread is a rehash of an old one from a couple months ago or more. Regardless, Kai Winn was the one I hated most.... but that's because she was designed to be hated. The next character I most hated was Alexander, Son of Worf. Always a bad idea to have a mediocre/bad kid actor. Even worse to try and make them an alien species. He was so small at first, the makeup made his head look like it was three-times too large.
Odo....just plain worthless. Watching his poorly acted attempts at being authoritative and his face that looked like it was sculpted out of industrial rubber really turned me off of DS9 for a long time.
Tough choice, there are many worthless characters from all the ST shows. From bad actors portraying various offspring, angsty pity party types (Looking at you, Odo. Some shapeshifter, can't even look human.), to almost the whole cast of Voyager. But if I can only choose one then I'll go with Dr. Pulaski. I hated that self important, smug character so much I almost stopped watching the show so I wouldn't have to put up with her. Nothing against Diana Muldaur, she is a veteran actress, and a good one, but I just could never feel anything other than disdain for the character. Almost seemed like a scab crossing picket lines to take over someone elses job. Ensign Ro is almost as bad.
I agree with Odo he never seemed to have a purpose for the show...so they made a reason for him to exist by making him a "God" to an entire invading faction.
nice move. =\
2) T'pol from enterprise
3) Any Ferengi (I mean comon! that voice is annoying!)

I really disliked her character, too. The thing that annoyed me the most was that episode where they genetically engineered the kids that ended up having immune systems that would go on the offensive and make people old. That part where she used the "alternate" pronunciation of Data's name, and then proceeded to debate him about how it didn't matter. I though "What a hag!"

Ironically enough, she's just like every other religious figurehead. There are a lot of characters that deserve hating but Harry Kim has to be my most hated. Who ever he begged to keep his job should of been fired right along with him.
Surprised to not have seen Neelix come up yet. I have to say Kai Winn, for much the same reasons as others have noted. I hated Saval too, in fact that probably goes for most of the Vulcans on ENT (except for T'Pol of course ).
Keenser from the new movie. It's bad enough that Orci/Kurtzman based most of the crew on popular misconceptions of the original characters, and so made Scotty the bumbling comic relief. But give him a 'cute' alien sidekick? Great move, that one - a hybrid of Jar-Jar Binks and an Ewok can only be a GOOD thing, right?
Ezri Dax. Seriously, way to take an awesome character, and a being with 7 lifetimes of experience, who was cool and collected and dignified... and turn that character into a whiny, insecure little schoolgirl.
Seriously. Worse than Wesley could ever be. Except for in Journey's End. That episode was just so incredibly uncalled for.
Harry Kim is probably the most... no, he doesn't stand out for *anything*. Can't hate him for being completely boring and having the only character trait to be abducted, killed or tortured by any alien in the quadrant. He kinda deserved that though.
For years, I thought I would hate Kes. Started watching Voyager again some weeks ago, and its not as bad as I remembered. Just, her taste in men was. I had no idea *how* annoying Neelix was.
I also don't like Tom Paris, and Janeway belongs on the 'most hated' list too.
Wesley Crusher and Deanna Troi are the top from TNG. I couldn't decide which of them is worse.
I also can never ever forgive DaiMon Bok for what he did to the Ferengi. It was horrible and probably the worst nemesis a captain ever had. Picard didn't deserve that, they should have given him a worthy enemy.
In DS9... Kai Winn was supposed to be hated. So she doesn't really qualify for me; she did a good job. Its a head to head between Jadzia 'I know eveything better than everyone else and also have a medicore funny remark about everything' Dax and Kira 'But I lost all I had in the occupation, so I have to be right' Nerys.
Worse than Odo was certainly the female shapeshifter. She was oh so superior and knew oh so much more about shapeshifting, yet looked exactly like Odo (who hadn't learned 'to do faces' in what, 20 years?). That would be the mentor I'd want. *applause*
Edit to add: What RCSlyman said. Ezri annoyed me almost as much as Jadzia. The episode where she visits her family is the one I watched once and never again. Its so unbelievable boring and pointless.
That part where she used the "alternate" pronunciation of Data's name, and then proceeded to debate him about how it didn't matter. I though "What a hag!"
Oh, don't even get me started about that. They make a character to emulate what they had in Mr. Spock from the first series. Except, there was no conflict with the character. So they bring in another to emulate the good Dr. McCoy, and rekindle the lighthearted insults tossed between the two... and whether it was the writers, or just the actress in general, that character was ruined for all time. Thank God that Gates came back to the series, and they could ship Pulaski off to some distant starbase where she belonged.
Jadzia 'I know eveything better than everyone else and also have a medicore funny remark about everything' Dax
Pretty much sums up the Jadzia character perfectly. Would have listed her too, 'cept I don't "hate" her, just find her supremely annoying. IMO, Ezri's story was the way they should have gone from the start - an unfortunate circumstance that makes Sisko the mentor to his former mentor. -
2) Dr. Pulaski - What TNG didn't need was a sex-changed copy of Dr. Leonard 'Bones' McCoy; and the attempt to take old TOS McCoy/Spock dialogue into Pulaski's and Data's mouths just didn't work at all. I mean come on - she was also an 'old country doctor that hated transporters...most UNORIGINAL character in Star Trek ever (and that's saying something since the main TNG characters except for Picard and Dr. Crusher were retreads from ST:TMP; and 'Data' was a rehash of the Questor Android from the failed GR TV pilot of the mid-1070ies The Questor Tapes (But I digress).
3) Captain Katherine Janeway (only because the VOY writers WROTE her like a Psycho - one week willing to sacrifice everyhing and everyone; next week, unwilling to see one person get killed (eg she'd loose the ship first).
4) Lt. Tasha Yar - The most incompotent security officer to walk the decks of a Starship (of course again, the writing staff was to blame - wrote her more like some random comm officer who carries a phaser ).

I think what made me hate her was that she is so... Mary Sue. Even more than Wesley is a Gary Stu. At first, its a bit annoying, but you always think "Oh well, sooner or later, there'll be some awesome twist and reveal a weakness and the character will be cool". But it never happened. She just got stronger, better, smarter with every move.
Bashir, at first, is an arrogant brat thinking he's too smart for everyone, but he gets the twists and becomes way more interesting through them. The genetic engineering, and even more through Section 31.
Jadzia Sue, its just...
Awesome fighter? Check.
Super smart with more than enough degrees? Check. (Only counting degrees of Jadzia, before being joined)
Skills unusual for species? Double check (Klingon stuff, playing Tongo)
Everyone wants her? Triple check (Worf, Bashir, Quark, several off screen affairs)
TOS: Uhura, Most worthles character ever.
TNG: Tasha Yar
DS9: Ezri, honestly this was a hard choice but Ezri was problably the weakest of the bunch.
VOY: Kes
ENT: T'pol

I would agree with this about Ezri. The reason I didn't like Ezri is she had potential but they were shoehorning her in at the last minute and half of her episodes seemed to revolve around Jadzia
TOS - no one. After all, it's the show that started it all
TNG - Lwaxana Troi, for her attitude
DS9 - Kai Wynn, because she doesn't give **** about her people
VOY - Cathryn Janeway. Most self serving TRIBBLE known to man (or Borg). She bends even her own rules as she goes, thinking nothing of it
TNG - Didn't watch fully
Keiko because she annoying and is always nagging miles
Winn because she a hypocrite and corrupt. (she sort of a character you love to hate, because she meant to be that despicable, but there are real people like that)

Because I have one like her as my mother-in-law.
The erratic thoughts and motives.
The emotionally blinded decisions.
The one and only...
Captain Kathrine Janeway
She's followed quite closely by:
Guinan
Trip Tucker
Captain Jonathan Archer
A moment of silence for Vrano.
nice move. =\

Dr Pulaski takes the first place here.
Why? Why not? Would probably freeze to death being near her.
