    I pre-ordered the game but not only do i not get the 30 days i didn't get the other in-game items promised.
    I only pre-ordered the regular edition so i think i'm only entitled to the 30 days and a constitution i have neither.

    Still no box from Amazon, they estimated 9-15 Feb, so not a surprise it's not here.

    1yr subscription paid for and in place....

    GMs say feel free to contact billing support giving you the illusion they'll do something before the grace period is over....

    Depite that the ticket has not even been read and is still classed as new......#631912

    and now I'm not allowed to login....

    Not a great start..

    I have a valid retail key, but I'm not allowed to create a subscription. :(

    I have been playing since open-beta, did some headstart, after launch date I had no problems like in beta and HS the game ran beatifully. Yesterday I made Lt. Cmdr 3 I was on a roll. I paid for the game i PRE-ORDERED on Amazon. I also had plans to spend $300 on lifetime subscription. I'll keep the 300 and get a 2 month to see if they can ever get it right...

    I thought to myself "self, let's give it another try. Go to the redeem key feature and try that again to see if it works".

    It worked. I played for a while yesturday and was going to come in here today and report that I was a happy camper.

    However today when I went to log in guess what message greeted me????

    Now I'm going form frustrated, to slightly embarassed, to out and out plexed with a dash of anger.

    same here they just wanted our cash then to TRIBBLE us over , and buying game cards to play how when no one is selling them

    This is getting bloody ridiculous, a whole day off wasted, and still no dev response on the issue, nor reply to my ticket. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and coming from the UK that is saying something.

    this is way better than the 38 hours 'unexpected downtime' mightygames shows after a '5 min server reboot' with jumpgate classic....

    there was at least an hourly update.....at least a response...

    but here...not even a lifesign.....

    is it swowing again or what?

    blizzards all around,even in your office?

    is that the reason?

    Mine shipped from Amazon on the 1st, but the package got "lost" i spent an hour on thier customer service and they promised to ship me a second one out today, but won't be here till tomorrow, they suggested i call Cryptic and show proof of purchase and shipping confirmation. So I called Cryptic and after being on hold over 2 hours they basicly said "oh well, nothing we're going to do about it". Nothing like paying for a game and not being able to play.

    I have a lifetime subscription but I never received a key code. Was I supposed to get a code with the lifetime?

    Well I have the same message. Tried entering the Key again - in use! My account page shows:

    Activated Features
    Star Trek Online - Preorder
    Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription
    Subscriptions


    i guess it is the subscriptions being blank that is the issue. I purchased the digital delux and lifetime subs direct from the Atari store site and they can't even get that right.

    No, you get the code when you buy the actual game.

    no..you will recieve it at the END of your lifetime...its for a reset of your soul.....:D

    and you don't buy the game with a lifetime subscription...you just buy never to be charged again....

    ...last night around 2amEST I logged in and a patch was DL'd and a verification process happened when the patch completed anyone else...

    i was able to play for hours after that. WTF:mad:
