a suggestion to lower dps without direct debuff

i just checked the DPS charts, 300k+ DPS?!? i love high dps, but JFC boys, this is insane! so what i was thinking and proposing is global cooldown to be prolonged on every skill +100% (if it is 15 sec. it should be 30 sec., etc....). this is not diminishing any investment in ship and gear, but will definitely change the…
