Thoug, considering the hype surrounding it, I can't help but think that there are those who would attempt to win it even without being aware of it's stats.
Oh I am sure some people would but I am someone who spent tons of money trying to get the last Kren ships and I am not going to try again without legit stats. Isn't the promo supposed to start tomorrow? Are they going to publish them before tomorrow or just let the Gamepedia found out and make a new forum for it?
I have spent over $500 alone just trying to get ONE freaking premium ship from the lockboxes and in that $500 only got ONE when I didn't even want too because I was trying to get 200 Lobi Crystals. So if it took me well over $500 in f**king keys, imagine how much I would need to get this bloody dread.
How in f**k sake can you add the ONLY DAMN SCIENCE SHIP IN AGES in a God damn gamble pack? F**k this s**t, add it to the freaking C-Store as a standard ship, not a gamble bulls**t. Keep your stupid ship, I know when to draw the line, lol!
$500 = approx 444 keys. 444 keys * say 3.5m EC = 1.554 billion EC. How many premium ships could you have bought with that? Course you don't have to do keys either. Sometimes (not since the new lockbox came out though), FSMs are a better choice. And there are other things that can sometimes get you more EC/zen.
This is a bit shell. I ground dilithium to buy promo packs to sell ( better return than keys at the time) to get my SheShar when it was first released. Paid 495 mil EC.
To be fair I bought 8 Promo boxes opened them and either sold or used the contents.

Because it's a Sci Dreadnought...it has SA and SST...only thing it may or may not have is a Secondary Deflector. She has that Chroniton Lance for free and comes with probably the best hangar pet available...

I think we're going to have one of those anniversary/event/use Lobi style login/queue events for a NON-SCIENCE version of the ship, either tied to the main storyline or as a Mirror Krenim Dreadnought.
I can imagine them giving us control of the Annorax dread' temporarily (no pun intended) in Butterfly or in the Season 11's launching episode (if the Butterfly mission doesn't solve the conflict), like they did with the advanced obelisk at the end of Sphere of Influence.

Well, the Exchange has reacted quickly. The Temporal Destroyer went up about 15+ Million EC since last night. The Temporal Science Ship went through the roof. The two still available on the Exchange are 495 or 500 Million EC. Last night there were five copies there ranging from 279 - 300 Million. I was going to pick up one at 279 but hesitated. Today after the announcement by the time I checked the Exchange, there were three 298 M, 300 M, and 500 M. I managed to pick up the 298 M. The 300 M was wither picked up or taken off and relisted at 495 M.

Whoa, to think that 2 month ago i got the Mobius at 90 M EC and the Wells at 215 M last month. It seems that i choose the right time to farm the EC for them, otherwise it would have been impossible for me to have them right now.
But seriously people are crazy to put such high price for them.
I remember a year or so ago when cryptic started with the Lobi sales. For some reason they dropped the price of the mobius down to 480 Lobi, others were at 640. (seems like this was about a year before all the T6 powerball stuff, anyways.) I bought 4 mobius and still have 3. Maybe its time to cash in. I wish for future Lobi sales during the end they would drop 1 random ship down to 480 lobi the same way they did the mobius. Might actually help some ppl out that want a new ship but arn't setting on a heap of Lobi.

I just can't see any realistic way to give out any form of this ship that wouldn't be far too powerful for a free giveaway. Hell it's not even a grind, it's just plain free. I'm not saying it's completely impossible just... nearly impossible. Even just giving out the appearance but with the stats of a miranda would massively cut in to their sales of the doff packs when the promo starts.
Edit- If you meant they'd let us grind for it, then that'd make even less sense. Again, it'd massively cut in to their sales, and Trendy's comment wouldn't make sense since it wouldn't be related to this giveaway.
Do the Krenim Raiders that are available with this dreadnaught have raider flanking (bonus damage when flanking) like the Breen Raiders do for the Breen Carrier?

I am feeling much better about this promotion overall.
The stats of the ship favor a disruptor or antiproton beam build, which is obviously the most desired kind of sci ship right now, given the beam DPS meta. (As opposed to the particle manipulator exotic builds, polaron drain builds, sensor snoopers, or cannon rapid fires of yonder years). Even the starship trait is oriented towards short-cooldown sci abilities rather than the immense cooldowns of exotic damage powers. Tac captain whales can funnel tons of money into the game in a bit to get the trait all they want - I will be all the happier for it.
This even gives me a fair amount of hope that the rest of us epsilons will get a chance at running a poor man's version of the ship, similar to what we got with the DSD.
EDIT: Just saw @stoleviathan99 's post about the mirror ship angle. That makes a lot of sense to me.
So does that mean the new Coalition ships (Zahl Heavy Cruiser and Krenim Warship) will be able to use the Tipler Cylinder and Manheim Device as well?
Likewise, does that mean the Wells Temporal Science and Mirror Temporal Destroyer ships will be able to use the Timeline Analysis Sensor Grid and the Temporal Shielding Matrix consoles?
I'd also really like some clarification about the "built in Chroniton Lance" ... Is this a unique ability like the Galaxy X Dreadnaught lance that doesn't consume a weapon slot, or does the the Chroniton Lance use one of the four front weapon slots (meaning this "Dreadnaught" is actually just a weak 3+3 science ship with a fourth weapon in the front that cannot be customized like the Dyson Science Ships)?
Also, is the Chroniton Lance another Antiproton-based Chroniton weapon like the Chroniton dual beam bank from the Lobi store? If so, can we buff/increase the Chroniton Lance's weapon damage by using tactical consoles that boost Antiproton damage?
The answers to these questions will dictate my willingness to spend crazy amounts of Zen during this promotion.

Stats pack a powerful punch. Only bad stat is the turn rate. If my EC stash isn't enough, I think I'll have to cave in and buy zen to turn into EC.

The more I read these stats the more confused I get.
So, the "Console Synergy" set for this ship requires:
Console - Universal - Tipler Cylinder
Console - Universal - Manheim Device
Console - Universal - Timeline Analysis Sensor Grid
Console - Universal - Temporal Shielding Matrix
