ship requisitions not working

I am a level 20 who still has to use the beginner ship because both requistions for level 10 and 20 didnt work this issuestarted over a month ago and i haver been sending reports yet for a month nothing has been done to fix the problem for even just give me the ships that i was not given they were an escort anda heavy escort someone please help!

Did you visit the respective person that gives you the unlock at level 10 and 20? Usually at every 10th level, you need to contact Admiral whatshisname to level up. Afterwards, you'll get a ship unlock token for your respective level which you can use at the shipyard.

You need to speak with Admiral Quin and complete his promotion mission as it is these that unlock the free ship, not your level.

i did complete them and i use the requisitions but they didnt give me a ship in return for the requisition at the ship requisition shop

Step 1. Make sure you have the "promotion TRIBBLE" mission active.
Step 2. Go to your contact in your respective faction (quinn for starfleet) and adquire the new mission he will give you (just telling you to go to the shipyard etc).
Step 3. Go to the shipyard and claim your new ship. Make sure you select one of the free ones that requires the promotion token. You should filter through your rank to make the selection easier.
Step 4. Select your new ship in the selction ship npc.

Also, check your overflow bag. More often than not, ships end up there by accident.

I'm having the same problem, which is why i'm here. My KDF character is now level 26, and hasn't been granted the promotion mission from level 20! It just won't come up. I know there was a similar bug with the Romulans a while back. The solution was the promotion was granted the next mission over. Now, I'm about 5 missions past it and nothing. The game gets progressively more intense with promotions, and I'm stuck with a crappy little boat that keeps getting smoked. I didn't have this issue at all with my fed character.

Have you perhaps skipped the KDF mission "Test of Mettle"? It's the first promotion ship unlock tied to the mission. If you skip it, other unlocks probably don't unlock.

Some things to double check:

• Go to your Episodes tab in the Journal and make sure all of the missions up to your current level have either been played, or the Skip button has been clicked. If you cannot click the Skip button on a mission you have not played, it's one that's required to be played to unlock something, so make sure you play it.
• Check your Overflow bag as noted above.
• Check the Available tab of the Journal to make sure a Promotion mission is not listed there that you might have missed.

If all of that checks out, and you still haven't gotten your ship, then you'll need to file a support ticket.
