Anyone not getting their monthy Zen for LT or Gold members?

I have been monitoring the Zen and I noticed it has not changed in over a month and was wondering if anyone else had this issue. I don't remember the exact date when I purchase my LT other then it was in closed beta at the time and the website no long provide any information on my STO since PWE took over.

    I manage to figure out when my subscription started and I definitely know I did NOT get my last 500 zen stipend like I am suppose too. I had already submitted a ticket regarding the issue. Those of you that are LT or gold please monitor your ZEN to make sure you so not have the same issue.​​

    I am very frustrated with support. They don't listen and now i am missing 2 months of Zen. Can pwlaughingtrendy or one of the forum monitors get a hold of tech support for me to get this issue resolved?​​

    Just confirmed. I recently switched from monthly sub which I have had for ages to lifetime with the recent sale. My monthly stipend was due on the 16th of July...it didn't come through :(

    It's been off and on for me as well for about 6 months now.

    I previously had concerns about wether i was getting my stipend so wrote to support asking when my actual stipend day was and they wrote me back with the dates, and sure enough my stipend does appear on those days (just seemed like a long time coming some months i guess)

    You can use the Manage Subscriptions link from https://www.arcgames.com/en/my/account and calculate days backwards but if you let your sub lapse for any period ( which I did on STO for a while) or changed sub type - while the days subbed is correct, the elapsed time since subbing might not be.

    Should I e-mail support? I'm guessing we don't submit a ticket in game. I've been a lifetime member since before launch, but the past year+ my stipend has been acting up something awful. Is it still 500 a month? If so, I'm missing upwards of 5,000 Zen, MINIMUM. I really hope they have a way of checking on that, and that they don't just withhold it from players who don't log in for a while. :-/

    Wow. I just got a reply to my ticket. They're trying to say that my Lifetime Subscription was "an error" and that the transaction never completed. That's interesting considering they charged my credit card and took my money...

    Waiting to see what they say next...
