I think the highest I've gotten on a player was 160ish with HY3 bio-m, but ive got every possible photon/crit/crtD thing stuck on that I can find. And I think it was in <60 kerrat before I made the jump into spec point land.
A couple days ago I got the command cruisers. Depending on just how much they have fixed the concentrate firepower thing, it could lead to a veritable hose of HY bio moleculars. When you get the free HY1 from it, it's also meant to reset your torp launcher cool downs. Sheshar trait already makes my Brel a torpedo hose, I'm anxious to explore what the command ship can do.
Yeah it would be great to know how Concentrate Firepower works. I bought only the Presidio though, and since I don't use torpedoes there (at all) I can't really figure out how good that skill is.
I have upgraded the Aventine, even if I was using the Vesta before DR.
At T5U Aventine gets the fifth sci console, and the 4 tac consoles may be interesting for a tac character. However, Vesta has +5 innate bonus to aux power and gets a third engi.
Depends on what you want to do, for me it wouldn't make any difference, but since I wanted to use the Aventine with a multipurpose build on my tac as well, it was the cheapest option for me.
I dunno, I was thinking GW with TS of some kind, but I'd still like a little punch for a beamboat build for other content.

He's right. The Suppression Barrage accuracy bug was discovered by PvPers, not PvErs. At least we take the time to check one-by-one the new addons and see if they're acceptable or not for the metagame. PvErs don't see many things.
I wonder how a PvEr could have discovered that accuracy tooltip of the one being targeted by SB increases by 100%, while it actually does nor buffs, nor debuffs to accuracy. Thanks to that bort was able to track down the issue which will fix an ability used both in PvP and PvE.
Without PvPers, you'd have a mass of continuously broken abilities meant to go through hitpoint bags faster. Argument Invalidated.

On a selfish level, I am thrilled that the Intel sleaze / space pollution is getting nerfed.
But, far far far more people do PvE than PvP. Fortunately. On a personal level, I don't have a high opinion of the Intel ship people to begin with, and moreover I'm not convinced this nerf really affects PvE a great deal.
So, I won't be losing any sleep over it.

Why? Scramble sensors don't blackout people's power tray and shake their ships all silly. Obviously there's nothing wrong with scramble sensors. Sure it's annoying to press F1 to target heal/Science team yourself, but it's the counter.

The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.

It's doing great, finally it's not a death sentence button anymore. Reports from OPVP are saying that these changes, at last, were made in the right way, good job Cryptic. I have to admit it now.
Neutronic doesn't oneshot anymore, and the armor penetration trait works as it should. Couldn't be happier on these patch notes. Plus, seeing people moaning about the changes both in PvP and PvE is the icing on the cake!

I agree with atlantra, for Scramble Sensor you just need to cast yourself a science team. Nothing too difficult for the average human mind you know.

Indeed. They should have simply removed the 'stun' from PvP altogether, and the 'problem' would have been solved. Removing the chase as well was total overkill, and makes the ability as good as useless. Like I said, it's like nerfing all torps to where they just fire 'in the general direction' of a target. That's just silly.

While in genius mode you should also tell them that being closer to the enemy maximizes effective damage of weapons.

just put it beside beam overload in the unused skills pile for PvE , it really wasn't that good anyway
