Nukura Marks no longer reward option in Borg Disconnected?

As title says, looks like Nukura Marks are not available for running Borg Disconnected. Don't remember seeing a patch note about that. Also seems unfair as all other marks are available as options.

    Borg Disconnected offers and always has done

    OMEGA - Borg
    DELTA - Cooperative
    8472 - undine
    DYSON - voth

    and i think Fleet marks (not sure on this one)

    To my knowledge it has never offered any of the following

    ROMULAN
    NUKARA

    so this isn't a bug you must be thinking of another pve
