Ship Injuries during STF Normal Runs/ Normal Difficulty

According to Minor, Major and Critical Components, "repairable" injuries should only occur when playing on Advanced or Elite Settings, however over the past few weeks I have noticed my ship requiring repair even though I am playing Normal Difficulty / Normal STFs
