Stuck at Starfleet Academy?

Hailing all Captains!

We have reports of a strange and terrible situation developing in Sausalito at the Starfleet Academy campuses.

New Captains, as well as a hand full of Veteran Captains, appear to be stuck on the SFA map and are unable to beam out, or catch a departing shuttlecraft to ESD.

Captain Smirk is reporting for duty to attempt a rescue operation.

This mission shall be code-named "I Left My Alt In San Francisco"

Please report here if you are currently stuck and have been unable to gain any assistance to this conundrum.

What lead you to become stuck?: (Tutorial Mission? Random Visit? Junior Officer Weekend Event? Rage of Boothby for sitting in his flower beds?)

While I have no current solution for this problem, I will see what assistance I can render to any afflicted.

    I just finished the tutorial quest killing Borg. Current quest is "Welcome to Earth Sacedock." When I arrived at Earth Spacedock, I clicked to beam down to Earth, and now I'm stuck there.

    kinda funny, cause i left my wallet in el segundo (i gotta get it, i got got to get it) :rolleyes:

    any guess what's the reason for this 'lil inconvience yet?

    What lead you to become stuck?:

    Was doing Assimilating the Innocents. The crates to grab the armor never spawned or sparkled for me to get the armor out of at the gate when I beamed down to Vega Colony. I am stuck now and cannot progress the tutorial or get out of it or change instances via the map






    While I have no current solution for this problem, I will see what assistance I can render to any afflicted.

    What lead you to become stuck?: I just finished a tutorial mission called ''assimilating the innocent'', went to earth space dock, and chose to go to the Academy rather than stick around to talk to Admiral Quinn. Big mistake, got stuck here and been running around quite a bit trying to figure out if I'm lost or if this is an actual bug- came across this thread and went ''ahhh, there you go''. Glad I researched this. XD

    Like many others, I'm stuck on the mission "Welcome to Earth Spacedock." I also chose to beam down to the Academy rather than going to talk to Quinn, and I'm stuck down here, running around and feeling more like an idiot with every second that passes.

    In a word: help! :)

    Edit: I guess I'll be starting over as there still seems to be no fix to this problem.

    I just did the particle scan mission. Today I am still stuck at Starfleet Academy trying to get beam back up to space dock.

    What lead you to become stuck?: I was traveling through the delta quadrant in my Scimitar vessel, when my engines inexplicably STOPPED DEAD. The guage SHOWS that they are still online. I checked to make sure that my engine and singularity core was still equipped... no problems there. At the suggestion of someone in chat, I unequipped and reequipped, but to no avail.

    I tried logging out, and shutting down and restarting the game entirely, still stuck. I tried beaming to my bridge and beaming bac to the sector map... I became unstuck for a second and then froze again. I tried activating quantum slipstream... nothing. When I mouse over my engine guage, it reads "Warp 0", even though it's on full power.

    I can't go anywhere, please help!

    I have the same issue like many others. I am also stuck at the starfleet academy. :(

    I just finished the tutorial mission against the borg "assimilating the innocent" (which was a great start :) )and also did the (accidental) choice to beam down to the academy before i talked to Admiral. Mission is "Welcome to Earth Sacedock".

    Hopefully this can be fixed very fast and soon.

    I'm posting on behalf of a few new players that myself and Chuck@wetoddted just tried helping for 30m - 1h. We tried all things like bridge invites, starbase invites, sharing mission, and we had no luck. I didnt catch what level they were but all 3 of these new players were stuck on same exact tutorial mission.

    Chuck did complete the mission, it awarded me skill points but it did not complete the mission for the 3 new people.

    I hope you guys get this fixed so new players aren't turned away by this. Chuck and I did everything we could think of to help these guys out. Hope they don't quit, all 3 of them were nice people :)

    What lead you to become stuck?: I'm actually stuck on the klingon tutorial mission.. My character was on it before the Klingon revamp, back when they were starting at a higher level..

    completed the tutorial missions and box popped up for beam to academy, clicked by mistake. cant get any, beam to ship greyed out tried to dropping mission, box greyed out.

    in al words help help the academy has captured me

    thought i would add. when you arrive at space dock from the borg start mission you are placed onto the transporter pad and immediatly confronted by a beam to academy box filling the screen, i pressed yes before i realised i should cancel it.

    update****

    recieved email response to the ticket i raised, due to a new character advised to create a new one and skip tutorial and make sure everything loads before clicking anything

    here we go ***** again lol

    What lead you to become stuck?: I ended up here trying to complete "Meet Admiral Quinn-Go to Earth Spacedock"


    Please help, Im new to the game, I spent about an hour trying to get out of here before finding that this was an issue. I just wanna shoot my phaser and fly my ship!

    Doing some collect particle fragments thing. Got two duty officers didn't feel like doing it again so I declined. Now I can do nothing but run around. I can't try to do the particle Junior Officer Appreciation Event and I can't beam or transwarp anywhere.

    Just finished tutorial mission, beamed down to starfleet accidentally before going to see Admiral Quinn, and like most other people here, I am now stuck there.

    Good news everyone, the team is tracking down the problem causing this insidious trap, and we hope to have it repaired soon.

    I will update the thread with more info as we get reports from our elite team of devs who are currently working to correct this, and free you from the Academy!

    I see a fix is in the works but thought it best to and myself to the list
