Holodeck Disconnect Issues [Resolved]

We're looking into the connection issues that some Captains are facing. We apologize any turbulence you might be happening during your warp.

I'm currently in discussion with the team in regards to the instabilities and will let you know once we have learned of a solution to the matter.

    Oh thank you for this post. I hope you fix it. And it isn't just some, it's pretty much everyone, I think.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    I hate to sound like a jerk here, and i realize you are more than likely working on your time off.

    But this long for what boils down to "we don't know" . We would have liked this a few hours ago.

    Someone has sure enough been busy moving posts in the forum about the server maybe they could have stuck up the we have no idea post so folks wouldn't been running around in rage mode.


    But thats my gripe for now and thanks for the communication.

    At least now I can quit ranting and wait for a fix. Had just upgraded my system but couldn't stay connected long enough to complete a mission so appreciate knowing you are working on it.

    Seems to be more a routing, not a server problem. Few players are staying ingame without problems.

    It's pretty clear that there are server connectivity issues. That doesn't need an 'official statement' from the team. They'd just be telling us what we already know.

    I'm sure once the team is closer to a solution, we'll either a) be told what caused the problem, or b) if it was just a technical glitch, then we'll just be given the green light.

    And you're doing a thankless job and catch the grief of an irked playerbase. for that you have my thanks.

    Right now my opinion of Cryptic and pwe isn't very good. But i'm trying to do more than lurk on the forums. If i see something i feel is b/s i'm gonna speak up. I'm also gonna speak up when something is done right.

    Trendy doesn't show in DevStalker anymore...er...DevTracker. Somebody refreshing that looking for news of what's going on might not have seen this thread...

    Lol, then again - with the number of threads folks keep creating, they tend not to see what's right there in front of them as they create additional threads....

    It's a lot of your userbase having this issue. I am DC'ing every minute. Cannot stay logged in.

    True while some of us might have an idea of whats up. (I'm thinking its more an ISP problem.)Communication from our devs has been so bad for so long we've gotta start making some noise. Recent threads excluded of course.

    But like i said before that was my gripe and i'm happy to hear something from them.

    That's the same level of downplay as NASA Announcer describing the rocket crashes a couple weeks back.

    "The vehicle suffered an anomaly, ceased forward motion and returned to the launch-site in an uncontrolled manner, upon arrival it underwent a catastrophic disassemble process. At this time we can confirm there is technical damage to both the launcher and the vehicle itself."
