Awesome news! Yes cryptic. Thank you.
The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.
Not sure if it was en editing snafu, but there are are several consoles missing from that list. I read it twice just to make sure, and I don't see any of the 3 Voth consoles in there.
Cycling the Nebula consoles every minute, a cloaker's worst nightmare.
Sooo...The Intelligence BOffs are apparently SUPPOSED to use the Ground Intelligence abilities on their own with the player having ANY control over them?
I would assume so since so much work was put into the IOff's abilities in this patch, but before this patch, I had no control over their Ground Intelligence Abilities, but the combat log clearly showed they were using them, and yet these patch notes do not state that as having been changed at all.
They're not beside their lifebar things, they can't be slotted into the Powers Tray, but they can decide when to use them, and on whom?
I get that they're INTELLIGENCE Officers, but if they're going to be on my Admiral's team, and go where he says, and behave how he says, why shouldn't my Admiral be able to give them other orders such as "Hit this thing with the EMP"?
I'm lost...HOW does that make sense?
"Join Date: Jun 2012" Says Cryptic's "new" forum system. I've been here since a week before launch, but SOME stuff just didn't carry over through multiple system changes/updates.

So you can "schedule" time to give the Feddies a BoP, yet still can't manage to get a Fleet Guramba out or fleet versions of the other Gorn sci ships? Or is that "soon" or "nearly done" (which seems to mean sometime between never and the end of time?
Looking at the dil payout, isn't that just a tad too low? Especially with Elite?
Agreed. Should be:
Normal: 480 Dilithium
Advanced: 960 Dilithium (same as current Elite on Holodeck)
Elite: 1440 Dilithium (old Elite amount)
Not sure why they chose to remove the random item reward. After the massive nerf to EC values, the EC income generation has taken a considerable nosedive anyways.

I think the removing the gear dropped from queued events is not a good thing. How else are we supposed to make EC?
Uniform wise, I would like to see the Odyssey changes taken a step further. All available rank pins and badges should be usable on any uniform. Could this be implemented, please? I would really like to use the Wells Uniform rank pins on other uniforms and the same goes for the TWoK as they would look really nice on the revised TWoK looking uniform.
The changes to the Vesta are definitely welcome. Thank you!

Looking for a new fleet? Drop by the in-game chat channel, "tenforwardforum", and say hi to the members of A Fleet Called Ten Forward (Fed) and The Orion Pirates (KDF). If you already have a fleet you are happy with, please feel free to drop by our chat channel if you are looking for a friendly bunch of helpful people to socialize with.
So, I take it no one saw my post in this thread about the uselessness of the player having no control over the Intelligence Officers' Ground Intelligence Abilities?

I'm sure we're seeing it, but people may not be interested, whether just yet or other reasons. If it's a dev's response you're looking for, those usually take a bit more time, if they choose to answer.

Really?
I posted it quite a few posts before a Cryptic Studios Member showed up, and they said nothing about the issue that only I seem to be having while they addressed posts AROUND my post.

If I'm reading this right, EVERY queue should now reward dilithium, which is probably why the payouts have been lowered. It's nice to finally see everything normalized.
Looks like if you want NWS accolades, you'd better do it before DR launches... :P

Well, we can't control where or what the dev's respond to - and demanding they answer something isn't likely to get an answer either

woah wait what
That will go over well!
And they're available to Intel BOFFs too, right? And any Captain who levels the Intel specialization?

No, working "as intended". . . You know, less for more.
Mostly we just end up editing the notes that the designers write.
(But even that can sometimes cause a headache.)
Sell the R&D Packs. They go for a ton more than whatever low value item it typically gives.

Um... did you just remove all space traits from every BOff, or is this a fix for some bug I never heard about?
