I see that there are - Open Minds - in Great Britain.

Watch the arms go up in this video!

Timothy Good found a great audience.

I have an open mind. When we start getting into the unfounded and outright ridiculous, that's where I draw my line.

I believe there are aliens out there, but I don't believe they've visited Earth. If they had, they either; wouldn't have come back, would have enslaved us, or would have made peaceful contact.

I guess we can agree to disagree.

I think they were abducted by the Zeta ETs. (They have an underground base near Allagash.)

Then they were returned as per the agreement made with President Eisenhower back

in February 21, 1954 at Muroc AFB.

I was surprised to see all of those arms go - UP - when asked the simple question.

    Wow!

Then Timothy Good told the story about President Eisenhower meeting with aliens.

The Brits seem like great people.

Well, there's something certainly to be said in this thread about gullibility. Honestly, just because it has "UFO" stamped on its cover doesn't mean you have to automatically believe it. Be scrutinizing, skeptical. There's a lot of garbage in UFOlogy and you need to be scientific about it and ask yourself "how credible is this man who claims these socialist platinum-haired aliens from a group of highly radioactive super hot blue stars took him to see dinosaurs in the past?"

The answer will most likely be "not very credible at all." (He's a known hoaxer and a number one reason why you shouldn't believe everything you hear.)

Personally I hope we never do find aliens given the apparent attitude of those of us in power towards anyone who isn't them. Heck, if I had the opportunity to meet an alien I could speak with I'd tell them to run away from Earth and blockade it for their own well-being.

That you are quoting this stuff as if you honestly believe it leaves me wondering if you're just pulling our collective legs or if you have access to a computer without proper medical supervision.
Any sentient species unless it evolved on some paradise world would have had to fight to the top of the evolutionary ladder just as we did, which means it would well understand aggression and territoriality. Even to an advanced species, interstellar flight would be no minor feat and I seriously doubt it would be one a race would venture into just to come here to say hi, that being the case, advertising our location is a very bad idea. At the very least we are inviting a race that could overwhelm us culturally and at the worst they could decimate us militarily. It benefits us best if nobody knows where we are. If aliens did exist on Earth and were interfering in human culture, unless their intent was molding humanity into disposable aggressive shock troops I would say such interference was a failure.
This scientist is making a claim based on the belief that we will be able to glean intelligent signals from all of the background noise generated by stellar activity, we've already been listening to the sky for a long time but it's a big damn sky, setting a deadline of 40 more years is just hubris, he could have set a deadline of a century and not increase his chances of success significantly.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.

Where "unidentified" correlates to unknown, until you've established what an object actually is, by definition, it's study is impossible, because the best conclusion you're ever going to make, is that somebody saw something, but lacked enough information to define what they saw. Which is the same conclusion that Hynek arrived at.

Aliens are like Bigfoot. Space, like the woods, is supposedly lousy with them. But to date, nobody has produced any credible evidence of them, beyond conjecture, and hearsay. Like our friend and his fondness for Youtube videos, shows. True Believers will tell you it's because of a global conspiracy. One thing I've learned 45 years on this rock, is that governments CANNOT keep secrets. Three can keep a secret if two are dead, any more and things get out of hand quick.

I blame a lot of it on the decay of the education systems. Kids learn less, and less in school, and more, and more, from the internet. If enough people "like" fiction, it will eventually become fact. People already believe aliens built the pyramids, this is being reinforced by rubbish programming on the "History" channel. Soon people will believe that America's founding fathers were all Martians.

No, they have it wrong! All wrong! TODAY's politicians are the martians! :P /jk

I met the dude! I got some 5D pills once. A guy who rented an apartment from me, came up a little tight on month, but asked if I would take some "magic beans" in lieu of the rent. I dimensionally travelled to a pocket universe hidden somewhere in the Eridani nebula. I met Tolec there. He said that he and some Reticulans were actually ? and the Mysterians! He said they had been to Earth before in the 1800s and people thought they were faeries. 5D pills give you "temporal narcosis", which is similar to a 60 day LSD trip, but the effects can be alleviated by eating talcum powder

Tolec is the one who was warned about Temporal Psychosis.

Huh, wonder what happened? 2014 and I'm still in 3D. And no Kukulcan, either.

Her's the deal with people like Tolec, Ace.

He probably got beat up a lot as a kid. Maybe had an uncle, or older brother with, shall we say, busy hands. Perhaps he had a hard time attracting female attention. At any rate, in order to escape reality, and all the trauma it held for him, he turned inward, and made up a new reality that only he, with his "special powers" can perceive. In this new reality, he is the Master, and all us mere mortals must turn to him for insight, and interpretation. This is what is known as cult behavior. If you joined his cult, and hung around long enough, you'd see that it was less about living in 4D with the Zeta Reticulans, and more about picking your pocket, and banging your wife/girlfriend/daughter.

I'm kind of bored now, Sport, but let me give you some advice.

If you really do believe in all that rubbish, get help. There are groups that will help you develop a strong, social, network, of people coping with the same problems. The answer isn't outside in space, but inside the mind.

Alternatively, if your trolling for kicks, you gotta get a better act than just Youtube videos, and one liners.
