When did that happen? A few weeks ago, I saw a thread made by someone who only had one post before starting that thread. And that one previous post was starting another thread. So if his first and second posts were starting threads, then that requirement may be gone now.
I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

new accounts can't make their own threads until they reach a certain number of posts...and i don't know what that number is because i never made a thread before
I think it's a timer actually. you need a certain number of days after MB account creation.

Instead of a generic, half-effort, unprotected tail poking out, we need fully-armoured tail pieces.

That leopard's ears looks fairly long and pointed to me. And that housecat looks like his ears were mutilated, or burn off, or somesuch. But the lion's ears, I will give you that.

apologies in advance if already covered in thread, but my gripes for both my caitian and ferasi characters are these :

fur length - needs to be modifiable, my local STO fan happens to be my cat and she has a big shaggy main and would like that represented in game
running - tail looks like an ironing board, horrendous.
emotes - groom, hangout, hiss.. we need them
traits - why only ground? after all if they could design the Atrox.. maybe a carrier skill trait?
pounce - doesnt look like a pounce, more like a bull charge, maybe we could have a "lets play with enemy before maybe, just maybe we kill him, oh, hes already dead :("

could surely add to this list...

many cat breeds of last 20 years have started copying dog breeding, really sad when unhealthy cats with genetic disorders are inbred to produce even unhealthier animals so we can call the cute. Alley cats are healthier than many of these so called cat breeds.

edit : Bare chested option makes no sense,

Well, that pic is a Scottish fold... and yeah. the weird ear shape reduces their hearing, though not much. It's a stupid thing to call a breed, but I long ago came to the conclusion that animal breeders only care about what they think looks cool.... like squittens. :(
