On all my toons when I run S.O.I. the second time to get the weapon after getting the warp corp the first time through, the game changes my toon's uniform...
Which costume projects need to be completed to get the Be'Ves and the upper-arm plates (not the shoulder-pads)? My KDF-Aligned Romulan has completed the costume projects for KHG variants 1,2,and 4, but I can't find the upper-arm plates or the cleavage window. Are those parts unlocked with variant 3, or is my costume glitching?
Rommie@BrianPatrickFrye (I wasn't feeling creative with the character name)
Which costume projects need to be completed to get the Be'Ves and the upper-arm plates...
I'm not sure about the upper-arm plates, but I know the Be'ves "Cleavage Window" chest piece is supposed to be unlocked via the Klingon Honor Guard Style 3 costume project. However that's been broken since the beginning of the year (Jan 2013). For more info check out:
Not sure if this has been reported or not, but there is an issue with the Romulan Federation 1 uniform clipping on females wearing the Romulan Civilian Skirt, as seen here:
I'm hesitant to report it because I don't want Cryptic to make the two pieces unusable together and call that a fix. I know they're not really intended to be used together, but in lieu of any other skirt options, I like it as a uniform.
Anytime you go in to modify an Off-Duty or otherwise not-Uniform costume you'll be dumped into one of the default uniform costumes. Sometimes it'll even reset all appearance settings to the character creation default for whatever species your captain is.
There was a brief period (one or two weeks tops) after LoR launched when this wasn't an issue but it went right back to being one almost immediately.
This issue still needs to be added to the OP bug list. Ticket No. 2,090,762.
a uniform bug i've found is none of my characters can wear the fleet emblem anymore. i used to work then they fleet changed the emblem and now it just says invalid part everytime i try and use it.
The rank insignia is broken. It is stuck showing only the Captain's pip (it can't be changed), and it appears to be floating above/misaligned with the uniform. The shoulder strap is likewise crooked.
Specific photo examples are coming soon.
Wrath of Khan uniforms now have rank insignia options. I went to the tailor today and noticed my Wrath of Khan uniforms was missing its rank. I went to put it back and noticed that all ranks are now covered.
"I'm not big on telepaths myself. I'm not big on guns either. But if everyone else has them, I want to make sure I can get my hands on the biggest one I can."
When using the Voth Soldier Uniform on a Gorn or a Ferasan, an additional option is added called "Bare Chest" which has two options; Bare Chest and Bare Chest Gorn/Ferasan - one of these options, when chosen, causes said Gorn or Ferasan's arms to turn pink (Image).
Using the other option causes the arms to revert to their natural colour, but the fact that this happens at all is an issue. Does not occur on Humans, Trill, Orions or Klingons.
You're just a machine. And machines can be broken.
Hi guys, I wanted to stop in to let you know I haven't forgot about the thread, I've just been pretty busy. I'll get to updating the OP as follows:
Jorumgandr: Rom Vet Uni back clipping. Seniorkafei: Rom Fed 1 clipping w/skirt. Murphysgesetz: OD Tailor bug (sorry it was forgotten). Captaincreos: Fleet Emblem missing (Please post more specifics, perhaps list what races/uniforms you're trying to use, include pix, bug tkt, etc.) Johngazman: Gorn/Ferasan Voth Soldier issues. Actually, I have some bugs to report on this uniform too, I got my bug tkt # and pix already, and will add your info to my listing when I make it.
Sohtoh, the WoK Ranks can be updated now? It's a shame they forgot to add that to the Patch Notes, because that is fantastic news! Did they fix the ranks/shoulder band so they look proper (ie don't float above/aside the shoulder)? I'll check it out myself when next at the tailor.
Finally, I wanted to give special thanks to Crypticjoejing for endorsing my thread in one of his posts. I feel honored.

More detail on this...
They have not only allowed rank insignia, they have also corrected and expanded the colour and shading pallettes for the Starfleet delta and uniform jacket!
I also just noted the TWOK changes. I suspect the changes weren't announced as they are not finished. While the Rank pin option are most welcome, I'm confused as to why the palette for the breast insignia and belt buckle was changed?
Gold (left end) - Bronze - Copper - Brown - Silver - Gray - Charcoal - Black (right end) was already correct.
With the broader palette attached to the breast insignia and belt buckle, we no longer have the necessary metallic shades to match the rank pin. Even if the palette for the rank pin were changed to match the other two, we would still lack the metallic choices. Which is why I think this wasn't ready for Holodeck.

Last night I did check out the fixes for the WoK Uniforms (both the regular and open version have the same updates) in the Tailor last night, and I'm really rather pleased!

I see what you mean about the rank, badge, belt color pallets being changed, and while I agree with you that those were fine originally, and now they can't match exactly, I was able to find colors that were close enuf.
There's something "different" about some of the lines of the jacket that I'm not sure if I like or not. I'll have to compare to old shots and consider...
Split midriff on All Good Things Top + Split Skirt (Might just be the Split Skirt?)
It's difficult to tell from the picture you posted, but if you're referring to what I think you are, then yeah, this is a known bug that I believe is being fixed with today's update (checkout the release notes). Please repost after you patch up and let me know if there's still a problem. If there is, take a new picture that's zoomed in a little closer, better displaying/describing the problem?

I cannot change the color of my TOS knee high boots on my romulan/borg captain.
I cannot achieve any costume changes at all on my kdf/human marauder tier 4 boff reward, yet my orion boffs from diplomacy tier 4 reward have no problems.
I PAID for TOS uniforms over 3 years ago & there are still no female KDF TOS uniforms available (see TOS episode "Day of the Dove").
Why can I make TOS looking romulans & yet going on 4 years now I still cannot make TOS looking klingons?
Why are my romulans & klingons being charged EC's to create a costume?
I still cannot get any costume slot past #7 to work.
I paid real money for these costumes & costume slots & yet these issues continue to be ignored. Why?
Picked up the Voth soldier Lobi costume. It's nice. I opened it on one of my KDF characters, a female Orion engineer. Some issues I noted:
The boots and belts don't work with the Warrior's Skirts (nor do the Orion sandal feet).
The color palette, while awesome, doesn't allow for easy color matching with other KDF parts (same problem with the Miner outfit).
The hip-cape thing gets twisted and tangled easily. It can be untangled, of course, but it may need a little more rigidity if possible. It also clips on the legs sometimes.
Is it intended that males and females have different chest-harness pieces? Having both as options either way would be nice.
Others have noted that Gorn and Caitian/Faresan forearms are untextured in certain combos, though I couldn't test this.
Edit: I didn't mean for that post to sound so complainy, I do like the costume.
I always read about getting past outfit slot #7...
I wish I'd get that far. For me, after slot #3, rien ne vas plus.
But I think I mentioned that before...

a uniform bug i've found is none of my characters can wear the fleet emblem anymore. i used to work then they fleet changed the emblem and now it just says invalid part everytime i try and use it.
The issue I found with this is the game will allow you to make a duplicate of someone else's fleet emblem for your fleet emblem, but when you try to apply it to your uniform it gives the error message as an invalid part. I had this issue awhile back myself and all that needed changing was a slight modification to my fleet emblem and it resolved the issue.
I noticed the "Diplomat" shirt has some clipping issues for female characters standing in the "feminine" position. The collar clips pretty well into the neck, unless I turn the "torso bulk" slider up, which is weird. I believe the winter coats work the same way.
Reman/federation 1 uniform has clipping issues with fleet emblem if more than 25% shoulder bulk is used.
Same uniform has clipping issues with voth soldier shoulder pads if 90%+ shoulder bulk is not used. Same uniform has drastic clipping with voth belt, and chest piece.
Voth lower cape passes thru character when blowing effect is applied, easily resolved by simply moving forward each time it occurs.
Voth chest gear and belts has sinking issue with this same and any romulan uniform that involves an undershirt. Parts of the belt and chest gear sink into the uniform top and pants.
Voth uniform has color changing issues when used on boff's, one piece of gear will alter color for multiple pieces at the same time.
All I have for now, but will try and provide more in future.
Apparently, the skirt clipping issue (seams split when stomach slider is set above 60% and/or the hip slider is about 100%) is possibly solved.
At least on Tribble.
As I don't have holodeck access since the launch of season 8 and just recently (some hours ago) got a fix on Tribble, I can't tell if this clipping fix is already live. And as Tribble doesn't give you access on the TOS Romulan Uniform, I can't tell if that one's fixed, too.
~~~~~~~~~
There's another clipping issue, though. An old one, but I haven't seen any hint on it, here.
If a char is created with hips wider than the shoulders, the arms/hands will disappear in the hips.
Related to this, if a char with a stomach setting above 60% lies down on one of the lounge chairs on Risa (resort map), the hand will disappear in the stomach.
Not sure if this belongs here, though. If you think it does, I'll provide you with some pics. Just let me know.
The pants just look like a dark gray instead of black which doesn't match to the top. Also as you can see from my sidebar there, these are specifically "Wells" pants and not the TNG split bottoms. Quite annoying since it's 200 lobi to get this set.
It's a well know fact that Cryptics devs seem to establish, a slightly different color palette with ever costume set.
Why they do that? I don't know, maybe they create each new uniform from scratch and done compare them to previous ones or their Monitor calibration is too dark. But that's their problem. As you said it, we PAY for that stuff and we should expect they match with each other.
