Sorry to pop up in this thread again, but two issues I've noticed lately:
'Halter' type costumes on female Klingons (at least Fed ones) are inconsistent on whether they show a proper Klingon spine or not... (the winter jacket for sure doesn't, the TOS Mirror one does, the Enterprise Mirror one doesn't...) (checked on K'dara@AuroraKet)
And more significantly for those who are even now finishing delta rep:
There's a vertex (a fellow player says its a single vertex) placed wrong just at the bottom of the chest of the Delta rep armor, on the character's right hand side. It makes a spot jut out like a dagger from the side. (checked on Ishaka@AuroraKet) Also, it appears the male variant (or at least variants on someone bigger than Ishaka) don't have the issue. (big thanks to Daron@kolromana for wearing one on the DS9 instance I was in to see about the male/larger variant) Also, when thanking Daron in game, it was mentioned that this is another costume without tails for Caitians.
I'll also add that formal dresses don't show the Klingon spine and the issue is both fed and KDF. I won't mention that I brought all this up way back in #406 which hints at why TOS mirror outfits were fixed.
My alt army: K'ymara, Orion Engineer. Caedera of Borg, Liberated Borg Tactical, Elyza Vix, Joined Trill Scientist. Christina Bellona, Augmented Human Tactical. T'Lana, Vulcan Scientist. Arbol, Martian Tactical. Ayzer Bryn, Joined Trill Engineer. Hawke, Betazoid Scientist. Karna Valkras, Klingon Engineer. Beth Parker, Human Tactical Sarel, Romulan Engineer (Federation). Yazuri, Reman Scientist (KDF)
Not sure if this is technically a costume issue, but since the change in design the Nukara sword clips through the rear of female characters with thicker hips.
EDIT: It's on a friend's captain (Kela@xanthestar), I'll try and get the image tonight.
For best results: If you'd like to add your own bugs to the thread, be sure to include: Affected character(s) name@handle, race, gender, faction (and allegiance, if relevant), if dealing with a captain or BO costume, your submitted bug-ticket number, links to pictures, and any other detailed information that can help find and resolve the problem.
Providing this information can help the devs better find the issue and resolve it. I'd like to stress the part about adding links to pictures, please don't actually embed the pictures themselves (too many pics in a single thread make it difficult to read through, especially if a post gets quoted often).
Thanks!
You can find/contact me in game as @PatricianVetinari. Playing STO since Feb 2010.
Also, personally, I'd love to see the ally Romulan uniforms added to the Romulan embassy BOFFS. Like when I have one on my Fed toons they should have access to the Romulan Fed outfit, or KDF get Romulan KDF outfit.
I've been on my knees begging for that for a while.
It seems only logical.
It made sense when the Embassy was released and we only had civilian Romulans, but now it only makes sense that these would be exchange officers from the Republic.
Though I put that in the same category as Diplomacy and Marauding BOFFs having access to the captain's faction gear as well.
One thing I've notice is some people are not following the suggestion from the thread's OP:

You don't need to sign-up, give them any info, download any software, no ads on your pictures, etc. Here's the basics, once on the site:
1) Click the "Upload Image" button at the top of the page.
2) I then use "Browse Your Computer" button.
3) Find/select your picture on your computer...
4) Click "Start Upload" button.
5) They'll display your photo and you copy the "Direct Link" address displayed on the side.
6) Paste that link into your STO Post.
7) Hey Presto! You've just image-shared a link!
8) I do recommend you read their "Help/Rules" section for more info.
Pictures are hosted there for free and as far as I've ever been concerned, nigh-indefinitely (I can't recall exactly, but I think it's so many months and/or until traffic stops visiting the picture for X amount of time). Your pictures are "public", but there's no real way to search them without that link, so they have the anonymity of being one in a crowd. Still, don't post personal pictures there you don't want the world to see.
If you *want* to make an account, you can see a list of files you've uploaded, edit, update, remove, etc. and participate in their picture-related social networking, etc. That's up to your personal preference. I have an account I made years ago, but never found any use for it, and I find the site does what I need it to without me logging in.
The biggest warning I can give is if you spend time browsing photos/reading comments on their site, do so at your own risk. It's pretty much clean, but not necessarily wholesome. You don't NEED to browse/read anything on the site in order to upload your photos. But you CAN lose hours of your life mindlessly viewing zillions of photos and/or reading inane comments... Not that I've ever done that... Oh no. Never. And by never I mean only a couple times.

As you can see her hair is floating above her head. And that's fixed no matter how big I make her head. Also there's clipping with her Pointed ears.
The character is K'Hen@Amahino and the BOFF is Vore'Xa.
And is there anyway, to get the screenshots in the tailor back? It doesn't even take pictures in the tailor for the game screenshot folder anymore which makes this a bit more difficult.
On another subject, is there anyway we could get hairline control?

As you can see from the screenshot the colour palette on the left is having no effect on the uniform, while the colour palette on the right works as intended. I am seeing this on my Captain (male) and BOffs (male).
I've checked the female version of this costume piece and it's not affected by the same problem!

I've been having issues with this as well. My "work around" has been to first use the ROM KDF 1 LOWER, set my colors, then switch to ROM KDF 2 LOWER. It's not perfect, because for some reason some colors don't translate over well or at all (namely some greens), so it's a trial and error thing of switching back and forth between 1 and 2 to get the colors I want.
I've noticed other costume pieces having this same issue, too. Where basically a color selector isn't available, say only 3 colors changeable, but switching to another costume piece with 4 colors, changing the color there, then switching back, will actually apply that new color to a forth channel that isn't selectable on that piece.

I've noticed that both the Khan's Tunic and Risian Explorer's Outfit top are experiencing clipping issues since one of the latest patches (I don't remember seeing them like this before). Anyone else experiencing these?

After the fabric physics update, the Voth butt cape thing from the unlockable Voth Soldier Uniform kinda... clips something fierce when in a full out run, and doesn't seem to react to movement in any significant way, almost like its got weights on the end keeping it from moving.
I'll try to screenshot if I can remember to next time I'm on.
BTW, this is on a Female Trill. So I don't know if this affects everyone or not.
And there's still a minor rename outfit issue with Caitians I believe, where even if you're using stock costume parts it says "Outfit uses invalid parts" and prevents the name change until you change a random detail, then it defaults to the name you wanted in the first place. For example, I could show Commander pips, then change to Captain as the minor change to force the outfit name change.
Noticed this on a Female Caitian.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

My tailor is completely off center, it's that way whether I open the tailor from a new BOFF or by talking to my local Cardassian.
Does anyone know of a workaround?
EDIT: Sorry, should've specified that this is a Tribble issue.

Wow, never seen that before. Lord I hope you can get that one fixed, it looks impossible to use.
Yeah, the only way to even exit the tailor is to press modify and then escape from it. It started with the patch that added new sector space.

Ah, so this is on Tribble? If so then yes, there was a bug report thread in the Tribble section about this happening in the ship tailor window. When it happens, it messes up a lot of UI elements in the game including the character selection screen and login screen. I had to force close the game.

I really, really hope that they announce the re-release of the Suliban parts for the Aliengen before the Delta Recruitment event. Even if we don't have playable Suliban, having FAKE Suliban would at least be something we could work with.
I still don't understand why the Suliban parts were pulled from Aliengen in the first place.
A lot of folks thought it meant that proper playable Suliban were coming, but it's been YEARS now.

I'm joining you in crossing my fingers.
It blows my mind that playable Suliban weren't made at least for the Romulans.

I think i didn´t mention it here but if oyu use some preset Uniforms like the TWoK uniform on your character instead of selecting every pieces seperately the color options are different.
AS i did that the color options for the Belt and badge where connected and the badge only had 2 colors/colorable parts, normally its 4.
And i if changed the color of the belt bucke i also changed the starfleet insignia on the badge and if i changed the rest of the belt the rest of the badge changed too. Since the belt is black, the Badge was very dark too
I've had two issues since the patch that altered cloth items of clothing, specifically the Honour Guard cloak and the Voth Hip piece.
The Voth hip piece, while it hangs better, the thighs clip through it at a sprint now, which makes it impossible to use.
The Honour Guard cape in my opinion needs to go back to the way it was before the cloth patch, it was a lot more believable before. Now I'm getting strange contours and it doesn't hang nicely around the back piece like it used to

I no longer do any Bug Hunting work for Cryptic. I may resume if a serious attempt to fix the game is made.
I don't know if it has been noted already, but KHG boots are acting very oddly on female orions when walking (presumably all female characters too, but not tested). At first I thought it was the walk anims screwed up, but it seems to be isolated to standard khg boots. Basically, it's like the boots are misaligned on the legs now, rotated 45 degrees inwards when walking. It looks a bit goofy!
EDIT
Tried it on all my kdf toons, including the rom kdf. All are affected by this, though it is only the females and only with standard KHG boots, not quv or hos.

The cropped winter jackets also do not use the Klingon body model on actual KDF Klingons.
