At this point in the game, a removal and revamp of the three classes. There's no reason why a captain of a starship shouldn't have access to all the class skills, I mean how can any captain not know attack pattern alpha? How can only some captains know about nadion inversion? Why can only some captains call down security teams, or generators?
The class system never worked properly so just scrap it.
But, but, but...they want the illusion that STO is an MMO.
Oh it's an MMO it's just not a traditional class-based MMO, and never really was. It never worked.
Just like how we can pick and choose traits now, we should be able to pick and choose captain skills. No classes, we define what kind of captain we are.
That would work I guess, the problem is, everyone would probably pick the same skills...which would pretty much destroy the illustion of "choice"

I recently listened to a few people in ESD talk about what they wanted in the game. One person stated they wanted a Red Squadron based Set for their Shuttle whilst the other suggested a Delta Flyer based Set.

1.No predetermined fore/aft weapons
2. No predetermined bridge officers
3. No predetermined categorization (carrier, escort, heavy escort, cruiser, battle cruiser, etc.)
4. Device slots that can hold more than just batteries, for example:
Ship separation
Hull/Shield repair drone
Universal Module designed just for Device Slot
5. Full Ship Interiors that we can build. Just give us the parts, and we can take it from their.
One day Cryptic will be free from their Perfect World overlord. Until that day comes, they will continue to pamper the whales of this game, and ignore everyone that isn't a whale.
Setting the Rank cap at Captain. Let Levels go as high as they want - with many, many abilities (including multiple ship control if they see fit), but cap RANK at Captain, the true hero rank of Star Trek.
Because right now we are all Quinns/Jm'Pok/Karerereks. You know, WAY too many chiefs and not enough Indians. When we are all Fleet Admirals who's going to give us orders?
I appretiate that one Captainhunter, I keep wondering what level 100 will eventually be? UFP President?

No restriction on hairstyles based on gender/species
No restrictions on which species/characters/BOFFs can use Borg Implants costume pieces, after LTS purchase
The full-Borg body-suit available for our use, after LTS purchase. It exists, the Klingon/Reman/Human Liberated Borg BOFFs have it. Non-skimpy version for females would be nice too; also exists in the game.

Also I want a engineering BOff in the lobi store that has pirate, or some other buff to weapon damage somehow.
We have a MU themed season coming up. A new MU BOff maybe? Maybe they could have a specific bonus to phasers - like a 4% bonus to phaser damage. Phasers could use the attention anyway.
That's a 20% bonus to phaser damage if you stack 5 of them. Less if they only come in one variety - hopefully engineering.

I'll see those and raise the 'half-balaclava' seen on the Iccobar envoy in 'Midnight' (reference). In my case, it's just what's needed to complete the 'Eurocorp Agent' look... and, as noted elsewhere, works with the miner outfit and Vaadwaur helmet and gloves for a good approximation of the foot soldiers of a certain ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world.
-more section 31 missions, where you have to make choices of sticking with federation values
or support section 31 and betraying federation rules or values and have those decisions affect the mission ending
and future missions, with everything that has been going on in the story line missions you would think

- more unique end of story prize for each story you play , like more ship traits , unique ship consoles,
new weapon types for both ground and space, new boffs that fit into new story lines that have voice over parts,
new kinds of unique ship armor, more unique character clothing as story prizes like was done with the Iconian
outfit.

- a desighn your own weapon NPC vendor where you could mix and match weapons parts to create your own
unique ground weapons that look amazing and so you have a choice of different mods and damage types.
- an in ship daily mission where you move around your ship interior doing repairs in engineering,
repairing replicators, scanning bridge consoles for recalibration, scanning Bio beds in sick bay for repair
scanning the transporter console for malfunction and doing repairs, recalibrating consoles in the science lab
haveing in interor intruder alert to catch an alien, do some sort of scans in the lounge area or create
some kind of mini game in the lounge area , have an ensign that comes to your ready room
with a padd that shows you all of the ships daily goings on and have it so you can aprove of them or
disaprove of them and give out a small amount of Dil for this daily
- a special daily mission where you only get a hailed from your bridge or ready room so you have to go
to your ship interior to pick up the mission make it a special classified mission of urgency
then make it so you discuss it with your bridge officers then procede on the mission
-more Science ships for Roms and KDF factions
- KDF level 60 should get a mission to fight for a place on the high council
and have a special accolade with it and be given a high counil outfit
and some sort of new ground weapon with good mods
- New Story line for KDF where Civil unrest is taking place , Jmpoks
leadership begins to faulter and you must choose to defend his leadership
or take place in a klingin civil war and help to usher in a new leader of the Empire
where house of Martok finally rises up with say Captain Kagren to fight and
defeat jmpok in honorable combat and take leadership of the Empire
- new missions added to New Ronulus to show the progress made since helping
D'tan set up his new world and helping with construction ect...
maybe add some new Diplomatic missions and maybe an expansion to the map to explore the Reman
part of the map and begin a Reman story.

That's fine with me, it's still better than what we currently have. There would need to be captain skill rebalancing for it anyway.

I'm not too sure; however, something could be said for tricorders being a distinct piece of gear in the vein of secondary deflectors.
Also wouldn't mind that plasma pistol from the Enterprise pilot.
