    Tribble is back up and open. You may resume your regularly scheduled nonsense!


    The patch is still FROZEN for me on Tribble: "Patched 1025KB/1492 MB

    That has fixed this problem for many folks.


    Done that......and I'm still stuck at 11KB/1836MB, been that way for over an hour, there has to be another way?

    Do it again... and again... till it works. :confused:

    Maybe also make sure that "Disable On-Demand Patching" is checked...

    I just put force verify, and it patched me right up and in.

    BTW:

    The Chat box still refuses to stay closed.

    and

    My BOff's still desert their posts every time we change instances.

    That has fixed this problem for many folks.

    This seems to be working for me but it's hella slow and @ its current rate it will be done sometime Tuesday morning :mad:

    Admiral Kererek has a new mission for Romulan players which will get them started with the Cloaked Intentions mission series

    kinda stupid since that miniseries starts at lvl 30 but romulan content ends with 21, I'm at lvl 25 because I DID NOT grind my way up because I was actually waiting for the missions to be released. And since in 12 hours NW is going to be released...sorry cryptic, that testing has to wait.

    The stubborn icon is no longer a donkey/mule. A pity, it was quite funny.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

    The "Disable On-Demand Patching" is checked.....the Proxy is on US and I have done this now since last post 10 times and still won't patch!! Never had any trouble patching Tribble b4 until this latest maintenance.



    Just tried it on the EU proxy and now it's Finally Working!! and almost finished patching!! FINALLY!!

    You know why your BOff's are deserting their posts, don't you? It's all that Ale you have stashed somewhere on your ship. Their looking for it.

    And, my patcher is running extremely slow. I MIGHT be able to get onto Tribble tomorrow....

    Playing via Wine on my Mac and now it crashes every time I try to play my character.

    I transported all the Rom Ale off the ship a week ago...

    But told them there's one hidden somewhere on board...

    Fun watchin' them search for it.

    I'm just learning 3D graphics programming and updating every texture in game sounds like an impressive achievement. Kudos! Can't wait for this to finish downloading so I can check it out.

    I find this line of replies sadly hilarious. We put a lot of work into the massive list of fixes/changes above, and ya'll are hung up on the ability to skip our content. =p

    I'm in Delta Volanis doing some missions...

    It seems to me that the textures on the multitude of orbiting rocks is a lot 'crisper' looking.

    Romulan Flotilla seems more...Romulan-colored and themed. Any chance some of the texture updates involved the Flotilla?

    LOL yes, "All of the Textures Everywhere" would include the Flotilla. :P

    "All textures everywhere" seems pretty comprehensive and yet somewhat vague. ;)

    Woot wooot big improvement in the textures, they are really better on ships...more stars in the background too ? or am i just hallucinating ? Something done to the light i think too because all the game seem more "clear" ....This is MOARRRRRRR of everything ;)

    there is a lot of bugs too lol no its not a joke !

    if you attempt to create a new character but go back without going to the end of creation process...black screen and then disconnecting...

    All Bridge officers are reset if you jump...very annoying for testing anything...
    Some players with nvidia card report crash when jumping to esd. Im reporting crash when trying to beam down to esd as well...a lot of instability for now...

    I did notice my Tier II Warbird (not good with names) looked like it had more lines running around it in sector space. Can't elaborate on what those are or what they mean, but I know I didn't notice them there before.

    Are you trying some kind of "high-definition" set of textures?
