I had the issue, but the patch via proxy worked splendidly. I have disabled it and I'm now waiting until the maintanence is over to get in and test.

So now that workarounds and fixes are coming in, let's get back to the note highlights, shall we?
For one thing, thanks for letting us speed past the Nukara Reputation, and for that matter fleet projects (don't quite see where this is necessary but I'm not about to complain about this either). I do hope the Nukara Mark rewards are more balanced, as right now they're vastly inferior to those on Defera while the missions on Nukara Prime also seem to take a bit longer to complete.
It would have been better to just max everyone out on the tribble nukara rep, rather than forcing everyone to grind it still.
Not sure how grinding it would affect the actual testing of the items and powers anyways. It makes no sense....

Not exactly. The patch can often be ready without the server starting up again. The maintenance should be wrapping up unless Zero or someone at Cryptic suggests otherwise.

Right, at the moment, if you try to get onto the server, you get the Unavailable message.

probably bettery quality or improved textures to move the game from 2010 to 2013 .

edit : tried all I can think of and nothing , off to bed intead without my sto fix for the night

The launcher itself is locking up on me. I can't get past 0%, nor can I cancel or switch to holodeck. Is there a way of getting the patch without the launcher?
Not sure if this is bin answered, but when will we see a fix for the Be'Ves chest option for KDF players, the Accolade problems etc described in several topics in the Bug support forum?
The DL finished and I tried to get on the Tribble Server, which of course isn't up...
So I closed the launcher and reopened it...
Upon opening, it just started DL'ing 158MB of data all by itself...
... then showed me the log-in screen when it finished.
Weird...

Well to be frank, all of those supposed patch severs are on strike unless I use the 'patch via proxy' option.

Currently patching via proxy is working for me, it's slower but working. Will disable once I've got patched up.
