I know the feeling. I bought this game before it was f2p, spent hundreds of dollars on ships, zen, and upgrades. Now I feel betrayed, bamboozled, and ripped off. I was 142 out of 23,849. Really, and you say gold, and silver members have priority. I don't think so. You guys have become to greedy in your quest for the GREEDERS ultimate frontier....MONEY. I love Star Trek with all my heart but I feel that you have disgraced this game, and the long time players. There was never a que before so why start now, oh, to sucker people into buying your gold, and silver membership. The way it's going now even they have to wait. Guess I'll go back to playing Star Trek Legacy on my XBOX 360. Fix this problem before you really loose your faithful players new, and old. I have patience, but after 2 hours and still not able to play.....well you figure it out.

no its not about being rewarded its there job to make sure stuff like this doesent happen just because a game is free 2 play doesnt mean that they can and should be like TRIBBLE you. giving us a minor item cause of there fault errors is a very visable sign that there sorry and it isnt ntentional. yes there is a always errors when a new game expansion is lauched but theres also a line of aceptable issues an unacepptable issues. so forgive me for thinking that they should take responability for this and want them to at least apolligize and not just in a pr way. and its not like im requesting major reimbersement just a minor token of appoligy.

no guys you think my request may seem petty but i also know there are millions of players so requesting a common item for mass gifting to me doesnt seem unreasonable for compensation.

Compensation of what? What have you paid for and not received? If the answer is "nothing," then guess what- you got what you paid for, and thus no further compensation is warranted.

It ain't rocket science. Go outside and see the sun. Read a book. Visit someone. The free game will still be around.

As a free to play server I get that they have a limited number of resources to throw at things, but I'm not really understanding why their resources can be so out of wack that I'm sitting at a login queue that is 20k deep.

Just frustrating. I have about 20 minutes before I have to be somewhere and instead of spending that time play, I get to spend it watching a queue that will never catch up before I leave.

    Hope they fix this soon.

You get to play a free game. Enjoy your gift.

    Thanks.

BTW, does anyone else see the irony that people (most of whom have complained) are playing a game that is based on a universe where problems of "I demand this" or "I deserve that, because I'm of higher status" are (at least with Starfleet) a thing of the past; therefore regarded as barbaric ways? (I just know I'm gonna get a new one for this!)

a bundle of 5 keys for each player would be worth the queue times.

It's not like they're not making money hand over fist with key sales right now off those guys that CAN log in.

I do not understand why people get mad to see a Queue when they KNOW this is the first Expansion STO has had.. therefor New & Old players are logging in to see the new stuff and play the NEW faction or Level up their Klingons from 1 - 50...

Im so dissapointed in everyone that is mad about the Queue... Pittifull....

And Cryptic is aware of the Queue as you can see the RED text ^^^^^^^ there......

    That's how I see it.

THe queue means that the game is getting attention and will continue on.

It makes me seriously consider buying an LTS which I was hesitant to do int he first place simply because I wasn't sure how long the game was going to last.

Dead last in the friggin queue? Seriously? I'm 22422/22422...I'm am soo done with this lame a$$ game. Ever since the expansion, queue times have been seriously outrageous. And the forum whiner's have been ridiculous too. "I'm a sub, I demand being let in first over these f2per's RIGHT NOW!!!" and "I'm a life time sub, I'm in queue and f2per's are getting in before me???"

Seriously? I know it's off topic but wow, everyone needs to take a damn chill pill. I realize that what I just said will probably get back-fired on me but I don't care. You subscribers need to calm the eff down.

Anyways, I'm done with this game till they get their s&%t straight, or put better server nodes in to increase server capacity.

    :mad::mad::mad:

In an age of Spell Checker and Google, you would think someone who wants to appear as if they have a strong case to make, would put some effort into not dismally misspelling "Unacceptable Queue".

I've sat in the queue about 5 times now, for between half an hour to 90 minutes. I don't want anything for free. Am I the only crazy one that knows what "Plan B" means?

omg you guys are idiots yes ive paid for subscriptions but this is a game a 20000 queres wait is unnexcerptable bottom line and for those of you who are playing of corse you wouldnt back me up but your missing the whole point of why im asking for a minor i repeat minor compensation.

ITS ABOUT GETTING THEM TO APOLIGIZE NOT ABOUT ASKING FOR HANDOUTS

brainflakes can appoligize all he wants in forums for bugs but its means nothing as its pr but if they gave item it means they really are and they care comon people use your heads.

a lot of people say they werent prepared for the mass influx of people logging in when LoR went live, lag, lag and lag, most people can deal with lag if they can get into the game,to prove they were prepared they even made a nice little lcars login queue screen, before it was just a basic text which very rarely popped up,lol they even spent time coding an lcars screen, anyway i dont know much about servers and their capacity, but this is the first time ive seen full servers in an MMO,and even an MMO which has been slated as a failure since launch

I haven't seen a queue ever till this point, and at least not at the length of time like the ones I'm getting today.

Not to mention when I DID get in, I haven't seen the game any more populated than usual or any symptom of the server reaching it's limit (i.e: lag).

Again, today, im n? 22326 of 22616..so i cant play the game.

Same question: how can players be led to believe that owners of this tittle are interested in making this game grow, when after a new expansion launch they dont even bother to increase node capacity to shelter new and returning players?

    This is a joke.

PW are interested mainly in making the quick buck and doesnt matter if this game grows or not, because there are in fact players here, playing this game and other games, that actually believe that this is "normal"!!!...so PW will keep sucking the money out of some players untill this game is empty and the inevitable shutdown is announced.

Thats why the mmorpg genre is in decline, nobody really cares for nothing, its all good, untill the game starts to breakdown, they label it a fail, and move to the next flavour of the month.

In a way, the queue is a great problem to have.

Essentially people are getting frustrated because the game is more alive than it's ever been in its entire history.
