you guys are scam artists, and can't seem to fix what was wrong 7 months ago, but we still have plenty of junk ships coming out every month. introducing a new ship does not excuse you from ripping people off. why can't you just run an honest business? you lost 7 sto players here in boulder colorado yesterday due to the almost nothing rewards, the reduction in dilithium, and the increase in things that use it. your customer service is a joke, or it would be if you had one. your autoresponse system seems to think that ignoring me is fixing it. i am not at all happy about not being able to talk to an actual person and i am leaving sto. i hope your greed and stupidity breaks all of your banks so you end up homeless. i'm homeless, but at least i don't rip people off and ignore them
The new STO Gateway looks great and I am looking forward to the functionality being extended, but is there a way to get character and fleet information via XML or an API so that we can show information on our web sites?

If Star Trek London happens again next year, would you consider having a STO presence there?
I know having Devs away from the office and flights would be very expensive for you, so would you consider having a stand where some of the dedicated community members could represent you?
Paying for the stand, laptops and internet connection with community representing you might be a more affordable way to show off the game.
Plus with the new Star Trek game due out next year it would be nice to have STO represented as well.

Can the character selection screen be split (or have the option to) into Fed and KDF so those of us with many characters can see and select our toons a little easier?
I won't lie, I love Season 7, the work that must have been put into it is outstanding! New Romulus is big, full of action and pure fun!
But the STFs have been bothering me lately, the new reputation system is good, I like all the ideas. But the STFs like Infected Space and Khitomer are all harder than they were. It really gets annoying when your suited best for a fight, all kitted out ready to go, only to find you get blown to pieces every time I fight a single Sphere!
Don't know if it's just me finding things unnecessarily difficult, it would be nice to find out from others.

2. Why would the KDF end their blood feud with the Romulans?
3. Season 8 - Will it be STO's golden season (ie. KDF content & PvP love).
4. Feds got 5 ships S7, KDF got none. Will there be balance?
5. Steam runner ship and the Team Fortress Console - I WANT HATS AND HATS ON TOP OF HATS. Can my toon have a hat (or more) pls?
Is there going to be any new ways of earning dilithium? Because if you don't have 20 people and/or a lot of time there isn't really enough ways of getting it, besides dailies that give you 400ish. As the STFs aren't giving out dilithium anymore. Im not sure if thats a bug or not but still adds to the problem of not enough dilithium.
I love star trek on line but are you going to update the interior of ships to like the ships that you have selected. I.e the engine rooms, mess halls, quarters, waiting rooms, shuttle bays, and even the Bridges. As i think it would it be great to the right interior.
thx for Mol'Rihan. It really feels like a planet surface where people *live*, unlike Defera and Nukara, where everyone are in constant danger. I love to just sit down and chill out on New Romulus, or watch the wild animals running around.
I don't want to sound unappeasable, but could we expect other zones like this in the short term, probably by the time of S8?
It would be awesome to help rebuild a federation planet that has suffered great losses due to the war, or probably to help a new outpost that the Feds are building in B'Tran or Eta Eridani and is under constant danger because of the borg or the klinks...

In all seriousness, SOMETHING needs to be done with the chat moderation system. Is it too pron to abuse. When someone "ignores" you, it counts toward getting you a 24-hour silencing ban, which is DEVASTATING to gameplay. People put you on ignore if you can't agree on which Captain was best! How fair is that?!?!?
There are several suggestions in the forums on how to address this. It needs to be addressed. Soon. Can you help a brutha out?
It is the simple things that make me happy. Any chance for a small craft bridge pack (seriously a type 10 shuttle does not have a huge bridge like a runabout) or failing that at least a full runabout interior?
I love ship interiors and would love to see the small craft get some love.
Can we expect some of the existing worlds such as Vulcan, Andoria and Rura Penthe to one day get a similar treatment as New Romulus? As in a full world to do stuff in and explore? What about new worlds such as Alpha Centauri, Tellar Prime, Betazed, Cardassia, etc.
Also, are there still plans on releasing an Andorian ship? If so, as the Tellarites are one of the four founding races of the Federation, will we get to see a Tellarite one as well?
How far on in Neverwinter Beta in regards to the foundry and the possibility that we can make our own ship bridges?
When can we change our crew uniforms for when we visit the bridge?
When can we stick MACO/Omega Uniforms we have unlocked onto our BOFF's without having to have them actually wear the armour for the visuals?
Admiral Riker is 74, so he is still alive. Any chance we can meet him in game?
This question's answer is probably years away, but Flying shuttles/having the ARGO to use on the planet is something I would love to know when it is possible to do!?
Is there any word on the female (and in extension multi-career) version of the 700 day android? I just want to know if it's still on the table because I've been DYING (not literally ofc) to get it :O.
