1) Can the "states" for an NPC be extended to match those of other objects? Specifically, I'd like the ability to set an NPC back to "hidden" - possibly with a different animation. This would allow an NPC to "beam out" after you're done with them, and would improve their use in holodecks.
2) Provide more options for map transitions. It's silly to have to beam down with an away team every time you change non-space maps. I want the ability for the player to go to a map without an escort that has to be parked. I'd also like to simply walk through a door to another map. An example of this is the turbolift on fleet starbases, where you can choose from several maps, don't have to drag around an away team , and don't have to beam to them (as opposed to the example I see in the tutroials, go left to deck 2 or right to deck 4).
I'm new to the foundry; if these things can already be done I apologize (and request more information on how to do them).

Neither of those can be done yet, though #1 is currently being tested on Tribble. It should hit Holodeck in Season 7.

I have been working on a custom kurland for a project I am doing and got pretty close you can't get his exact hairstyle though. The Gorn can be easily accomplished by reskinning groups or if you break the foundry tailor you can add a gorn head to your custom creation. Did I mention we need Morn!
Oh and baby nanovs if not all of the nu Romulan critters and varmints!

I'd really like to see all the Temporal items from the lock boxes added into the Foundry, or at least, the Wells class, the 29th century uniforms, and possibly the ground weapons. I had a story that would have involved the crew of a time ship, but not being able to even put them in their correct uniforms means this one has to go on the back burner for now.
I had a similar situation when I had written myself into a situation where Section 31 showed up, but there were no Section 31 uniforms available, so I had to dress them in a black coloured TOS shirt and black TNG trousers.
One of the biggest things I'd like to see though, is the ability to have friendly or enemy settings for any group of NPCs. For instance, playing a Federation mission, there may be a call to have enemy Federation characters, or to fight alongside Klingons or Romulans.
