For dialogue pop ups and interacts, i would like a new prop added to the list
Rather than the prop consles we have, i would like just a computer screen, One for each major faction, fed, KDF, RR , etc
Or maybe a picture of a PADD or tricorder
This would just be a generic looking screen, to make it visually obvious that your using a computer screen rather than talking to a person
Not a major change of course, but i think it would be a nice little addition

Correct me if i;m wrong but they appear to be new costumes, could we have these accessable in foundry? they would make great colonists/Industrial workers

I was hoping to write a mission using Admiral T'nae at Starbase 39 as the contact point but S39 isn't an available Cryptic map. It's not a deal-breaker (I just have to move it to DS9 and switch out Remans for Jem'Hadar and Romulans for Cardies) but it's annoying.
"Great War! / And I cannot take more! / Great tour! / I keep on marching on / I play the great score / There will be no encore / Great War! / The War to End All Wars"

* Archive - allow us to reuse maps and costumes from our other Foundry projects by importing them from the archive into our current project.
* Allow us to manually set the status of an NPC Contact or Group - let us have friendly Jem'Hadar or Klingons without us having to create Federation NPC groups and recostume them.
* Minimap Splice - allow us to cut out pieces of the minimap (or even the actual map) on indoor/outdoor maps. Its a small but annoying detail when we're inside a holodeck, but we look on the minimap and see a planet.
Maps:
* More ship interiors (Intrepid class, Sovereign class, Galaxy class) also from other races.
* Dedicated conference rooms
* More station interiors/generic designs possibly not even seen in regular game
Other:
* Allow us to edit the interact text for NPC Contacts with "default dialogue" prompts.
* Give us the ability to restrict responses in dialogue for certain races and careers, like in Featured Episodes.
* Increase the character limit on response buttons in dialogue (you can do it for the 2800 conference, why not here?!)
* Add more uniforms, ship materials, and ship designs to costume customization. What would be really cool is if we could customize the exact loadout of the ship costume, down to the beam arrays, shield strength, hull strength, abilities, etc.
* Rework NPC Groups. Allow us to add or remove individual NPCs to a group (maybe have a maximum of 10 or something to prevent hysteria) both ground and space. As suggested above, allow us to manually set the difficulty by changing abilities, hull hp, weapons, etc.
* Give NPC Contacts a true combat.
*Additional/Multiple States options. Not just Initial-Hidden-Then-Visible, but also things like Initial-Ally-When Component Complete-Enemy, etc.
*Additional Triggers options. Stuff like "When health reaches <51%, become disabled and untargetable."
Some new dialogue tags would be nice. Specifically ones for captain gender and species. It'd be even better if they could be toggle tags, I.e. one thing if you meet the criteria, another if you don't.

And the ability to select particular mobs to spawn rather than hoping for good luck with the RNG. This would allow for tricks like something I wanted to do in the mission I'm working on where I wanted to make an experimental pocket carrier version of the Prometheus-class by reskinning an Armitage-class carrier (ATM I'm having to simulate it with a reskinned battleship group and separate fighter group).

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
The ability to create primitive costumes that would be included in the NPC?s looks. This would give the author the ability to equip primitive NPCs with animal skins, archaic tools, and weapons to help tell their story.
The ability to edit animal costumes would be nice. This would provide the author with the ability to tailor their story.
The ability to create a ship costume that does not look like anything else. You would start off with the basic ship shapes such as saucers, cylinders, tubes, cubes, and balls. Then give the author the ability to add, remove, and smooth parts of the ship. This could be done with a simple mesh generator where the author chooses percentages of the shape of the object. They would also be able to cross over those shapes and objects to other existing designs.
Map editing:
Blank interior maps would be nice. Obviously it would have boundaries but the author could choose small, medium, and large. The author would also be able to choose the design. You would have to add a wider assortment of map features than currently exist. This would include all faction walls, doors, doorways, stairs, decks and overheads.
Blank exterior maps would be nice. Again it would have boundaries that the author can choose the size small, medium, and large. The generation of terrain would have to be controlled by Cryptic but could easily be tailor able with a terrain generator that could be set for percentage of mountains, hills, plains, water, trees, rocks and brush. The author could even choose the type of terrain such as arctic, tundra, alpine, desert, jungle, swamp, meadow, and so on. You would need to add more exterior buildings for the author to choose from that would include primitive structures as well as modern ones.
That is about it for now. Thanks for reading and for all the hard work you put in to keep this game up and running for all the players.

I still want the ability to make catwalks, especially slanted ones!
How hard would it be for the devs to make the rope bridge physical asset into something with a different visual appearance ?
Also i saw a post containing a suggestion that could have Existance probability , I would like this for significant replay value
if i could have a player run a fetch quest, that could take them to one place thats safe, and a second place thats dangerous ( enemy mobs) it could add some dynamic nature too it, wishful thinking but with enough tinkering you could use this to make a map thats potentially different every time its loaded

Probably not very. I was specifically thinking of things like what you see on Rator 3, and what you see in some of the Borg missions. Elevated platforms and ramps that are thin sheets of metal and not thick stone slabs.
Opening Doors, Like the ones used in 'Hearts and Minds' and the animated version of the Generic door 'The Undying' as well as other locations since LoR release ( clarify i would like it as an additional item, NOT a replacement of the one we have , as thats good for locked doors) It might also be useful to have a Door which is 'jammed' halfway between opening and shut
These opening doors would be great for adding movement and some mechanical 'life' to our interior maps, While we can have doors simply open and close out of view using distant reach markers, it would be great to have these animated doors like the federation ones we have
also if it were possible , i'd love to have the closing sequence triggerable, since they are just using a reach marker to triggger the opening as it is right? I'd love to have a part in a mission where a door up ahead is closing slowly while you run towards it , but place t so far away that you can't possibly make it to the door, So the player can feel trapped inside

Ah so more like building blocks to build custom stuff, cool, If they do add catwalks, i would love to have multiple types, so we can have railings if we want them or not if we want the player to be able to fall

Section 31 costume kit. Granted, I made a nice go of it with this guy using the Sierra 3 upper and Diplomat lower, but having the real thing would be great.

A modern Federation Command Chair and proper Bridge Chairs.
Seconded
Also we could use some small detail objects, like PADDS tricorders and medkits

Mmm yes, I really need a Romulan PADD right now. I wonder if they could design a normal sized PADD rather than their version that's 4x as big.
Also I'm REALLY wanting Virinat for my current mission!
And all the little street items from Bajor.
oh yeah some of the bajor details and items would be great for building things like markets and cities

We could use some shuttle interiors. The thread for adding them to Foundry was started a year ago! Also we would be glad to set our missions to be played solo (of course with the option to set the map as played solo). These two are really things we all need.
I'd like to see the ability to determine the # of BOFFs that are able to enter a map. Even better: set the TYPE of BOFF for each away team slot so it can match up with your intended dialogue and storyline.

I really, really want this. Can't even put into words how useful this would be.
Other features I really want that don't seem like they'd be very hard to implement, in no particular order:
1. The ability to place single NPC enemies or otherwise customize group sizes. Sometimes you just want to fight one Changeling or one Bird of Prey instead of a whole squad.
2. More costume assets, like the Lobi Store uniforms and accessories. More hairstyles wouldn't go amiss either, but I'm definitely getting tired of those hoop earrings and limited clothing options.
3. Being able to stun or disable enemies instead of just killing them. I have one mission in particular where I'd much rather be disabling opposing starships and leaving them dead in space than blowing them up with all hands.
4. Set animations for when you (or other assets) enter and exit the map. Lots of missions have you beam to your ship and immediately go to another system, but the Foundry doesn't understand this, so it doesn't do the warp-in effect; likewise, if you're using a transporter to go to another ground map (say, from one ship to another, or one part of the planet to another), there's no beam-in/beam-out effect.
5. Optional objectives. I don't know -- this might be more complex to do than the other four, but they exist in stock missions as it is, so it seems like it would be doable. Sometimes you need to do something to keep a player from feeling like she's just being railroaded through the mission.

Not to mention, all of the "Fleet of 2409" costumes for all three factions appear to be missing aside from the Odyssey, Aquarius, and BortaS. You can't even access the Romulans' equivalent hull material - Romulan 3 - either.

Also, make the Romulan engine room without the singularity drive built-in, so that authors can add the static or animated asset as needed.
