    In case you do not see the other thread - when opening your Launcher - go to Options - and check "Show all games". Hit ok. Close and re-launch the game launcher and then you are able to get in.

    I hope they fix this issue faster than they fix bugs .... some bugs are still around since Beta ....

    and yes my game crashes also ...... Nice job Cryptic!

    Selecting show all games in the options menu on the login screen worked for me too

    I can also confirm the workaround.

    Logged on via my PW account, and all seems well, so I'm guessing something's up with the Cryptic side.

    It is about 4 hours after the last post - the only thing that has worked is to enable the option of "Show All Games" in the options menu of the launcher. Even the normal safe bet of launching the gameclient exe directly does not work.:rolleyes:

    In case you do not see the other thread - when opening your Launcher - go to Options - and check "Show all games". Hit ok. Close and re-launch the game launcher and then you are able to get in. this works!

    Same thing here... I can't login in and the client crashes. I've tried to restart, I've tried to go through Steam, nothing. Same thing, it crashes as soon as I hit the 'log in' button.

    A fleetie just sent me a message telling me to click option at log in screen and click show all games and then log in. That should work!

    The "Show All Games" workaround was successful for me as well.

    A work around is is to use the Champions Online client. You get the options to display ALL games, restarted the CO launcher, and then you can patch and start STO client.

    Just saw this as soon as I submitted my post. I really need to read first. Anyway it worked, and it seems that Cryptic as done it again and updated the Launcher, though it looks like it had a hiccup along the way to that update.

    This also worked for me as well.
