Vice Admiral Knife has contacted you been as he has discover a temporal energy build up around a planet on the the way back from his tour of duty. You have been ask to help him out
I think your thread will soon be moved over here, where it probably should've been created as this forum is for Cryptic to announce and release information about their Foundry tool-set.
That said, good luck with your promotions and mission-creating.
Starfleet Command has lost contact with the U.S.S. Reflection while conducting experiments of a new prototype system called Project Echo. You are being sent to investigate and determine the fate of the ship near the Elvren System of Alpha Centauri Sector.

My creation is for the Federation side called "The Dark Maiden Calls" . It is a rather long adventure that is rather on the talky side. It's something of a labor of love, asking the question...what if dark elves were in the world of Star Trek? Combat does come in in the last half of the story, and I tried to make the battles challenging. Any constructive input would be appreciated.
I tried to put in a sort of subplot involving a pair of characters and their rather tense relationship. I'm worried that it came off as clumsy.
I have published two missions so far and hope to publish two more soon to finish the series. The first two are called:
1) More Than You Bargained For by ValNicky:
You just happen to be passing through Alpha Trianguli when you pick up a Distress signal from Minas Korva. It cuts out before you get a chance to listen but a superior officer hails you and requests you to investigate the transmission. You agree to take on what you think will be a simple rescue mission but you get a bit more than you bargained for. (Mission last for about 30 to 45 mins mainly story driven though you do have a few bad guys to fight)
2) As Old As Dirt by ValNicky:
The Admiral who asked you to answer the distress call a week earlier has entrusted you with finding some colonists a new place to call home. It won't be easy as the True Way are determined to prevent their settling down in what was once Cardassian territory. If you think fighting True Way Activists are tough try dealing with the colony's unoffical spokesperson who has her own ideas on the subject. (Mission lasts for 45 mins to 1 hour also story driven but there are more bad guys to shoot)
I've just released my first Foundry mission and invite anyone who's interested to give it a go.
It's called Mirror's Edge and is for Starfleet characters. This is my first attempt at creating a mission and I hope you all enjoy playing through it as much I enjoyed creating it.
PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE don't be put off by some of the lacklustre comments which I feel relate to things beyond my control as a Foundry author. Also, VERY IMPORTANT - the section on Drozana ISN'T broken - you just have to use the console behind the beam-in point to continue after the Comms puzzle. This is due to the Foundry forcing me to use another object as a transition door to the first custom map. This is beyond my control so please don't down-rate the mission based on this.
Just announcing my freshest release for Starfleet characters - Without A Trace .
Several weeks ago a Starfleet vessel disappeared while on a routine patrol mission. Fifteen hours ago it came back. But what secrets does the damaged ship hold? And where are the crew?
Hope you all find it as enjoyable to play as I did to make.
Please give my missions a try. All the details are included in my signature. I hope you enjoy them. Here is my trailer page http://www.youtube.com/user/CaptPFDennis
Also, do not forget to tune into Star Trek: Reunion, Tues, June 28th at 5:00pm PDT, 8:00pm EST on FoundryTV. Just follow the link at www.StarbaseUGC.com
This tread will help new authors promote their foundry mission. Please leave the name of the mission, your author name and the brief description of the mission.
Great thread SGR ,
As a fellow author, you know sometimes it can be hard to get the amount of plays we want, but these
threads help for sure. I'll be sure to get one of yours in this weekend.

Spawn of Medusa
Spawn of Medusa II - (Part II - Daughters of Medusa)
Spawn of Medusa III - (Part III - Break from Tradition) Spawn of Medusa IV - (Part IV - unnamed and under construction) Release in July.
Project ID: ST-HPRP2WFWI
Level: LT 5 (Any Level)
Klingon Only
English Language
Description:
Engage Enemies near the Kur'rat System. Ships Stores are getting low. Instead of wasting time on a Supply Run back to the First City or another occupied world, you are to deploy to one of the many untamed worlds and hunt the wild game. Bring back what you can to restock your provisions. Identify why the Provisioning Freighter has not returned. Qapla'!
Designer's Notes:
I chose a simple mission with a simple premise for new players starting out. It should be charming in a Klingon sort of way. Version 1. It is the first part of a what I intend as a three part series, but it can stand on its own.
I released my first mission a couple days ago, it started out as a test mission to explore what the foundry could do but then as i went i found i really wanted to release it. I have become so attached to the characters i created that i turned them into my main Boffs.
On a side note working on this mission has given me a hell of a lot of respect for Devs, going through all that an then there is that chance that no one will even like it. Nerve wracking.
Any way my mission is as follows :
DS9 - A Mystery. (Still on the review tab)
Author Lokiie1984
This mission is mostly to introduce the player to the main characters, who will be present through out the next two or three episodes. I dont want to give too much away but tribbles will be involved. And every one loves tribbles right? But what happens when they turn aggressive? So hop on over to DS9 an see if you can save the station before time runs out.
The next episode will mostly focus on the mystery that is Leska. As well as deepening the relationship between her an the player. All leading up to an impossible choice.
Hello to everyone. I published a mission a few days ago and thought I'd post it here. Here's the vital info:
Title: What Are Little Ferengi Made Of?
ID: ST-HPQDIOAKY
Allegiance: Starfleet
Level: 16+
Location: Hana System, Regulus SB
The official blurb is this:
At the edge of explored space, a Ferengi trader has uncovered the advanced technologies of a dead civilization. Starfleet needs you to check his claims and ensure his discoveries don't fall into the wrong hands. But, from the moment you arrive, nothing is as it seems. In solving the mysteries that will confront you, be prepared to sacrifice yourself for the safety of your ship and crew, and the survival of the Federation.
I'd like to make a trailer or include screenshots, but the graphical capabilities of my current machine are so abysmal, it wouldn't create much incentive to play.
I'm also open to any suggestions or ideas for improvement. I'm particularly concerned the the puzzles might be too hard (or too easy). I'm also not sure the ground combat in the borg cube is totally balanced yet.
Part 1 Synopsis:
You're sent to investigate temple ruins found on a planet in the Cardassian system. You soon discover that there is more to the ruins than just some old buildings.
This is the set up for Part 2 and Part 3, so it's a relatively short mission with no combat involved.
Level 31+ (Captain Level)
Part 2 Synopsis:
You are sent to transport an archaeologist and his team back to the ruins, but run into unexpected company.
Heavy combat mission both ground and space. Can be tough when playing in a team, but not impossible.
This is a story-driven mission over three parts (part 3 is currently being developed).
A Klingon spy within Starfleet has discovered startling information. Starfleet has created a virus that targets only Klingons! Through an old friend, General tuj, you recieve your orders; destroy the virus and the faciltiy it is in.
There is space and ground combat. Plenty of dialogue and I believe the story is pretty cool. I tried to add a nice twist in the end. So I hope people are surprised.
Mission name : The Hunt (Episode 2, Part 1)
Author: Lokiie1984
Dialog heavy - Very little combat
Captain Drakko, a rogue star fleet captain has murdered ten cardassian children, these children were your friends, people that you helped to save. Emotions boiling, rage spilling over. Hunt down this captain, but will you bring him to the justice the federation would give, or will you fall into the darkness an give him the justice you want to give?
Will you abandon your morals? Hunt him down an find out!
(Follows the events laid out in DS9 - A Mystery)
It also makes use of two of my guild members, Drakko (co guild leader) and Lorna (fleet member) It was alot of fun mixing them both into the story. I highly doubt it would have been as fun to make or play with out em.
I'm starting out, made two missions, both for KDF.
Old Wounds
My first mission, a short mission with a nice little story.
The Best Defense
I tried to make one with a bit more to do. Ground combat, space combat, and a few locations. I'm planning on continuing the storyline in other missions.
Please give them both a shot and leave feedback! Working on more, and i'm getting better with the Foundry.
The complete series, The Fallen Parts I, II, and III are available on The Foundry. The series focuses on a 40 year old plot to destroy the Klingon Empire and The Federation. You will have to figure out what that plot is. You will also have to stop a rogue Federation Admiral and a revengeful Klingon General. As soon as The Foundry is back online ...I will complete work on my newest episode, Into the Blue. This mission is a diplomatic meeting gone wrong. The mission is story heavy, filled with various puzzles and story driven combat. This mission will utilize the most advanced Foundry features.

I wish more people got into promoting their missions. Very few post screens or video of their content and so many never hear of their mission.
