Cross Nation War is a nice idea and you will never find a time slot the pleases everyone I guess ... the ideal solution would be to have xNW that is NOT server vs server, but every player (no matter what server s/he is from) will be randomly assigned to a nation.

I think you will announce that China decided that it is not okay to hand out items worth $2300 as a DC (xTW) rewards FOR FREE.
