confusion about starting time of the ultimate spend promo

the english thread says 12:00 am pdt, which, accordig to wikipedia would be midnight in pacific, which would be 09:00 am in germany.
the german thread however states 19:00 as starting time, which would be 10 hours later X_X.


so...can anyone confirm that the promo is already active?

    yes it is - i spent 1300 gold - got all my rewards except the nuema portal card thingy (dunno how long i need to w8 for this)

    seems the 1200 reward is not being sent out. my typicall dilemma.
    if i wait, they might cancel the whole promo and i end up without the card entirely.
    if i spend 1200 now, they might later claim i never spent 1200 gold (happened before)
    what to do :(
