Check a Merchant shop (any npc merchant sells shabbies). The Jewelcraftsman sells level 5 shards.

*Shrugs* Dunno, but I guess people do. I set up my catshop the other day 2 days in a row to buy some copper dragon orders (60 of them) and got them within a few hours, far faster than what some of my stuff takes to sell (for pretty cheap too, at least half the price or less that coppers were selling for on the auction…

Learn the market. Figure out something that's in moderate to high demand that gets you a good price and start selling that item by either farming it yourself or buying out cheaper sellers and reselling for higher. Yes, it's a pain in the **** and yes, the market is crazy pretty much all the time now, but it's the only way…

For the Etherblade (human wizard/blademaster), there's another way to do it and that involves jumping up onto the pillars on the other side and then aiming for the bridge directly. I found that way to be easier to position and getting onto the bridge than the other way that you showed in the video. Other than that, the…

The relative price HAS changed, however for a gold buyer using coin. The gold price may be around the same, but the coin price has skyrocketed in response to the upward price pressure on gold because of anni packs. At 500k per gold, that's 90 million coin on average (using 180 gold as the average for the cost in gold).…

I never mentioned the refine rate, the shards in the weapon, or the server I'm on. Based on my understanding of the market, I felt that 2 million, although a bit overpriced, was within the range of what it was worth at this time, but did not expect it to sell very quickly or even at all due to the very messed up market…

Umm, I sold the item for 2 million.... He bought it and wanted me to buy it back from him because he didn't intend to buy the item I was selling... So what you're suggesting is he pay me another 2.5 million for his screwup, giving me a total of 4.5 million for the item? Wow.... Just .... I don't know what to say...

That'll be the sharpshooter, I think. Iirc, the warrior is melee only.

There's a ton of choices for common pets if you want to use a common pet for grinding. Just have to play around and find what works best for you. In any case, you don't need to level up the pet skills if you're poor (and/or rather spend the coin on something else), since the bulk of your damage output will come from your…

Okay, fine, I don't buy gold via the auction house. Does it have any effect on the price of gold? Absolutely not. Why? Because one voice is snuffed out by the several hundreds of people willing to buy gold at prices I am not willing to pay/can't afford to pay. It's kinda of like voting. An individual vote, although…

The critical arrow thingy would add another 1% though you'll probably not even notice the added crit at that point + it would be a pain in the **** to keep up a supply of those arrows since archers do burn through arrows pretty quickly.

Mm, all I do nowadays is just cat shop, trying to sell stuff and just waiting for the bloody anni pack event to be over and for prices on stuff to stabilize back to around the prices of before. It doesn't matter what poll people put up or how many posts against anni packs people make. The GMs and mods aren't responsible…

I'm not as high as you are, but I mostly three shot monsters around my level and just use Roar on the Eldergoth Marksman to keep the monster focused on it (the 3 shot is very close to a 2 shot, probably just need my weapon refined another 1 or 2, which is gonna be a pain to do, :(, but eh, I'll cat shop for a bit and grind…

Qingzi (FB29 boss) can also be range tanked with an eldergoth marksman starting from level 45 solo, significantly earlier than some suggested estimates of killing him solo in the 60's with a melee pet tank. I think it might be possible to do it starting from 43 solo, but that's moving into the realm of getting top notch…

Possibly size as well. A cactopod is a lot smaller in size compared to the Eldergoth Marksman, so makes it easier to click enemies. It's similar to one of the reasons that some dislike using a mag as a tank.

Rhinodrake Megalith outside of Arch (west side) is a pretty good mob to farm for hay if she's around level 20 or so. Antelope Pup if she's around level 30.

Is your laptop warm/hot when you touch it while the laptop has been on for a while? It's possible that your laptop is overheating when playing games that are intensive (although PWI isn't as intensive as the last MMO I played, it might be enough to push it over the edge). Go online and download a program like hwmonitor to…

You mean this quest? A number of quests have people move near a certain point to either finish a quest/activate another quest in the chain...

1 str, 2 vit, 7 mag every 2 levels. It's an offensive build, though less so in comparison to the 1 str, 9 mag offensive build. At level 50, that's 100 mag traded for vit, while at 100, that's 200 mag traded for vit when compared to the 9 mag, 1 str build.

Finally found one. A bit more expensive than I would have like, but meh, it's good. This can be closed now. Thanks.

Earth mobs are pretty abundant near Sundance town (head southwest ish). Eldergoth Warriors, Eldergoth Sharpshooters, and Conquesting Dustwraiths. Make sure to pick up a one man army as well for the rep and celestone fragment (the latter two have a 1 man army, 40 kills, level 46/47). North of Swiftwind Tribe are level 41…

Perhaps attempting to get a representative sample of the player base in game and reporting that information to the devs might be more influential than just having a thread like this, since it's pretty clear that it doesn't really matter what people post here? The only people that even bother post are those that are most…

Are you on Heaven's Tear server though? If not, there's no cross server trades...
-
I know at least one of you guys on Heaven Tear has one, so yeah, still buying, :p.

The event distorted the prices of garnet, citrine, and sapphire flawless grade and above. For shards below flawless, the price is around the same as the npc creation cost though some people will undersell significantly (picked up a bunch of beautiful shards at 49k a while back, when most people sell at around 200k per).…

Just fly to Sundown Town, then teleport to Lost City if you need to use the auction house. That's what I do anyways when I'm grinding the earth mobs there on my veno.
-
Still trying to buy. Anybody got one?
-
That's pretty much what I do, only with a cleric at level 35, killing the spiders south of Arch for purified oil and going to the Secret Passage for Silk Thread and to get rep. If the market recovers, I'll probably move him over to farming Vipions as well for cash drops, though that'll happen after I update his gear some…
-
Already have partially done that to little use, moving away from my primary niche of pet food seller via grinded drops/buying low, selling high to a more diversified portfolio of goods. I'm not high enough to do TT yet (and from what I've heard so far, the TT market isn't really great either...). Pet Food Market Supply…

Still not really worth opening the SS. Due to the anni pack, gold prices are still high as hell, so it doesn't change the coin value of the hammer, so having the hammer on sale means absolutely nothing.
