Greetings my fellow PWI players. My name is Saitada and I am here to help you through this quest.

I will start with the Hardest one. the Etherblade Trial Chest quest. It is the most difficult of the three races to complete.

I created these videos in High Definition 1080 x 720 Windows media Video format. I tried to keep the file size around or below 150mb.

Thanks to Ixiel for uploading them to YouTube... I changed my links to reflect that.

Here are the Videos!

City of Etherblade (Blademaster/Wizard) the video is 99.5mb in size.

City of the Lost (Barbarian/Venomancer) the video is 151mb in size.

Introducing Lucifruge, my cleric.

City of the Plume (Archer/Cleric) the video is 103mb in size.

I hope these tutorial video's help you complete this quest!

~Saitada

Well done Saitada, I know this will help a lot of new players. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to get to the Elf chest when I was first starting. >_<

Not to mention the Etherblade one on my Wizard was hard as heck, lol.

it tok me a few tries to get to the chest in lost with my veno :P but I made it on my own b:chuckle

    and well..
I just wont mention how it went with my bm -_______-
    u'll just laugh xD
    b:surrender

btw, I went the other way with my veno. I jumped on the pillar opposite of the one you used. and then I 'lagg' jumped between a mountain and a wall... xD
not a very handy way to do it... but well.. it worked ^^'

    Aww, no music. :(

I'm going to try and upload them to Youtube, giving credit where credit is due of course.

Be nice if this thread was linked in the quest guide sticky in the quest forum too.

    First post says
If anyone would like to upload these videos to YouTube or to your website you are welcome to do so.

    :P

It's much easier to access a video from Youtube, and takes up less space on one's hard drive.

PWI, and it's players are more than welcome to download them, upload them to PWI or other sites etc. etc. I made them to be used and no credit is needed at all.

As for no music, I don't think Disturbed would have gone very well with a Tutorial and most of my other music is classical or Mechanical. So I decided to not do sound.

Sorry for the YouTube confusion. I should look more carefully, lol.

I saw the ones from Plume and Etherblade nice work.I always knew that the Elvens had it easier to get to the chest.
Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

Thank you MystiMonk. Yeah the hardest of the three is Etherblade, followed by lost city and the easiest is the elves IF you remember you can fly....

When I rolled my cleric Lucifruge.. I forgot I was able to fly and tried to RUN up the tree. Jump to places I needed etc. That made the quest harder. I DID manage to finish it, but then someone told me clerics don't have the problems Archers do with flying (the FIRST character I rolled was an archer)... I /facepalmed lol

For the Etherblade (human wizard/blademaster), there's another way to do it and that involves jumping up onto the pillars on the other side and then aiming for the bridge directly. I found that way to be easier to position and getting onto the bridge than the other way that you showed in the video.

Other than that, the only other piece of advice would be to practice a LOT before you try it for real.

Took me a few hours the first time for Etherblade before I managed to get it, b:cry

Yeah.It is to hard for an Archer put few points into mag or just get some mp pots first.I tried the UT one with my Veno and did have hard time with it so I waited untill I got the Wavepacer. This can be said for my BM as I just waited untill I got the sword. There are two chests in Etherblade as well.
