Discovered Quest?

O hai, i just found a quest! i wonder how many other people have this quest, and whether there are more quests like these that are not shown on quest find.

What happened was, i was in Boundless Grasslands, near the 4 wagons in
(214, 865), you know, where there's this swarm of Ossaur Cavalries? a message popped up that said all these people were murdered and that i needed to avenge them by killing 90 Ossaur Cavalries! The quest is called Murderer
Elena Costel: I wash my hands of this affair.
Legerity: *drags you back* *stains your hands with said affair*
Elena Costel: Noooo... I don't want to have a dirty affair with Lady Legerity...

    You mean this quest? A number of quests have people move near a certain point to either finish a quest/activate another quest in the chain...
