Fair enough question in the first place, however GM's have stated many times that they won't respond to forum threads directed at them. Nowitsawn basically gave as good an answer as is likely or could be expected. Everyone else seems to be generating steam for the sake of it and to feel empowered...

That's how it comes across to me too, unfortunately. Especially so when the marriage and chapel quests are so offensively expensive, it is disappointing to read these stories after the GM team have been recently trying hard to present themselves as more open and communicative.

Once logged in to the forums/website, go to send a ticket, it tells you there 'logged in as xxxx/xxxx email' or words to that effect, essentially so you know which email you would be sending a ticket from/contacted on.

Someone else asked much the same question a week or two back. I think the answer was to go to the support -> ticket and it shows up there which email you will be sending from/contacted on. To edit your details, click on your name top right in blue (where it says welcome xxxxx), that takes you to your options menu.

Increasing aggro on flesh ream isn't really going to change much. Barb can hold aggro better... yet the 5aps BM's/sins etc can still handle whatever happens and kill quick enough for the aggro to not really matter much to them. Same as now. My understanding was that a player in water (standing or swimming) will deal reduced damage. An airborne player will deal reduced damage to a different degree from the water reduction.
