My understanding is that loot from a mob drop is divided up in proportion to the amount of contribution each squad member made to that kill.
-
Probably by limiting the weapons that can be used with their spells.
-
Also, on the bottom row (or right row) works with function key/number keys.

The strip of land just outside of south Arch has a high density of low level mobs. Although at level 20-31, I find doing the quest mobs to be the best option for spirit and exp. The other option for dealing with kill stealing is to squad with them.

During the first 30 levels, I've been able to keep multiple pets at maximum level without a lot of extra work. I just switch to a different pet when the current pet stops gaining experience because it is the same level as my character. So there is nothing wrong with taming a few other pets and enjoying them and getting a…

I found that stacking BH29 when you are level 4x to be an efficient way of getting spirit. BH29 (quingi) is a quick run and you only have to kill him once to complete BH 1,2, and 3.

The other thing is that you need to know how to pull enemies so that you kill each of the minions one at a time so you can then deal with the Bloodraged Cadaver. See http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=256641 for a good guide on pulling. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHBps5uxg_s for a video. Also when…

I find that managing the veno and a pet with multiple bashes to be tiresome. So instead of an elemental bash, I put flesh ream on my scorpion. Since it does damage over time and has a longer cool down, I don't have to hit the button as often. Also, I find the flesh ream animation and bleed icon on the mob status bar to be…

Instead of making a tank with huge HP (i.e. a barb clone), you could make a tank with huge def or defense levels so he takes little damage. To be effective, he'd still need skills to take and maintain agro.
-
If you already have "bash" on the pet then you don't by a "bash" scroll. The bash scroll only teaches the 1st level of bash. To raise the skill in any skill you already have, you purchase same scroll (I don't remember the name but it costs 200K). Also, you have to have the pet summoned.

I'm a lower level character, so I hope I don't get as much 'you should have figured this out by now' hate. I know that some multipliers when combined just add the multiplier (2x exp + 13x hyper stone == 14x exp (not x26)). With this in mind, how does it work with increased exp for certain mobs when combined with a 2x exp…

When you have them stacked, on the 3rd day after you do your quest, you can renew all three quests. So on day 4 you do BH1, BH2, and BH3. So you get the exact same experience on days 3+. But you get to save the travel time and getting a squad time. In addition, if you have BH29 stacked -- all three quests are kill qingzi…

Does a single Flesh Ream always result in the agro going back to the barbarian? If so this suggests that flesh ream might zero out the hate list (like roar does) and then adds hate from the flesh ream and hate from flesh ream's damage.

I am not sure that any summoning will be like a veno's pets. My guess is that it will be more like the parasites that venos throw at their targets for the different spell effects -- more of a description of the effect than a description of the actual game play mechanics.
-
I changed the default key mappings for my veno character. Instead of ALT-1 (basic attack), I use "e" Instead of ALT-3 (2nd attack slot), I use "r" The other attack slots (skills with longer cool down times) I just click on the icons.

How big a difference in stats are we talking about? The difference between 60% damage reduction and 70% damage reduction is noticeable. But would you notice a difference between 60% and 62% in terms of how often you have to use heal pet? I'm not sure. I'm not there yet. It might be worth having the lower attributes if it…

For people under level 50: I'd like something that give SPIRIT but not EXP. (They don't need to level any faster, but it would be nice to be able to purchase more skills). - temporary mounts - teleport stones. - quest scrolls - Pet food. - pet skill scrolls - hammer so I can open my supply stash.

About $10 per toon on average. I gotta have that super inventory stone.

What I found helped was to press 'T' and then on the squad settings screen turn on "slogan" and optionally check the "show class and level" box. This puts text above your character "seeking a squad" or "Lvl X Venomancer Seeking a squad". This gets me more squad invites when doing quests. In addition, if you see someone…

Another idea on the wolf is to add flesh ream. While it might not do as much damage as an elemental bash, since it has a longer cool time, it means that you have less button pushing. However if you are trying to save coin, elemental bashes can often be purchased cheap (50K-100K) in the auction house.

On Bash vs. Elemental attack: In my examinations of the mob database, the general pattern I've noticed is that the mob's defenses (from low to high) follow this pattern: a) element that the mob is weakest against. b) physical defense. c) other elements. d) element that the mob is strongest against. So if you are trying to…

So would it better to: a) upgrade bash to level 2. b) add an elemental bash (so in 9.5 seconds you do 1 bash, 1 elemental bash and 3 normal attacks). c) add flesh ream which does normal damage plus damage over time An additional question: What do you recommend adding as the 4th skill to a glacial walker (icicle, roar,…

It is the same NPC. However you can either do 25 fragments or 3 of each type of stone quest. So you might have to cancel the 3 of each type quest to get the option of collecting 25 fragments quest.
