celestone fragments into mirage

i'm at the jewelcraftsman and i'm trying to turn my celestone fragments into mirage celestone for a new genie. do i need to lvl jewel skill or something?

    You shouldn't need any craftsman skills (I think) to change your celestone fragments into mirages. However you do need:

    1. to take the right quest. Make sure its the quest for fragments, not for actual celestones. if you took the wrong quest, just trash it.
    2. 25 fragments to make 1 mirage stone. if you don't have that many in your inventory, you wont' be able to complete the quest.

    You're at the wrong NPC. There is another NPC that looks like the Banker with a quest tab over his head. I can't think of his name, but if you find him, take the appropiate quest.

    You need to go to the Gem Merchant.

    are you talking about getting three earth and three human and three heaven celestones?? that quest?

    It is the same NPC. However you can either do 25 fragments or 3 of each type of stone quest. So you might have to cancel the 3 of each type quest to get the option of collecting 25 fragments quest.
