I am demon veno main with g16 +7 and a vit build so my base vit is 85 but total is 152vit. I use all incompable garnet because i feel that simply more hp doesnt cut it. most AA veno go pure magic not vit build tho so again garnet super hepful imo :D

Where are you seeing that you can use the quest reward morai weapon to build into the g15 things. what do you mean by CC gear? Also, ive done some comparing on base stats the 2nd cast morai was just as good as nirvy g15 in terms of defense. I think you get a bit more bouns attributes overall on the nirvy g15 but the Morai will offer alot more warding and slaying level than before so it may prove stronger for pve…

personally i think the 3 thunder charge effect is the least valuable on this skill. don't get me wrong its still great damage but thats it. a big hit for 2 sparks. You get more damage in the long run with 2 thunder 1 ice charge i think. i usually aim for that effect in a boss fight, or the 2 ice 1 thunder for heal/damage…

Moonblade reads "transforming reduces the cooldown to 1 second". this means if you activate reaper form directly after casting moonblade the cooldown is set to 1 second effectively resetting the skill one time. As far as ice bullet goes, i think that +1 to the minimum stun time means you can hit 5 sec stun with just 2 ice charges, opening up more combos outside of keeping 3 ice charges up.
