There's a set order, in which the colors are used. Red is first, so as long as it's not taken the next faction will get it.

True, but Angder costs about 10 times what Evil Eye does. Unless you feel like doing Belial a couple dozen times and your squad agrees to let you get the gold mats.

My guesstimate is ~5%. It's odd that they only say a chance, no mention of actual percentages.

When deciding, note that Evil Eye:Red has Darken. Even though it says stun and seal, it's actually freeze and seal. Which means it won't mess up your stuns.

We actually had that last night. Just stopped responding a couple of times, no skills activated, couldn't switch between air and ground. You could target people and move around, but nothing else.

Look at the picture, you can see the black beam through him. I think the picture is manipulated. They've taken a picture of the servers, and slapped on Kantorek at a vending machine or sth.

Except that barbarian's Flesh Ream isn't pet Flesh Ream. It has a fixed bleed damage value, which gets reduced in PvP.

I've heard that, whereas all other bleed skills have a fixed bleed damage, Glesh Ream's DoT is based on the base attack value. There seems to be something wrong with applying PvP damage reduction , when there isn't a fixed damage value.

The only scenario I see, where they would allow character transfers. Would be, if their player base started dwindling and announce that they're taking down some servers. Providing an option to have characters on the servers to be closed, to move on another server.

I think there's been only one Radiance recruitment WC. And it was meant as a joke.

I skimmed over it, but couldn't find the skills that supposedly counter the flesh ream bug. Only 2 skills that mention bleed. Both of them inflict it, not remove.

Attack level increases your damage by 1%/level. Would make sense, that defense level reduces damage done to you by 1%/level.
