The scorpion or the wolf (whichever one you got from the quest) is good to use until you can tame Magmites at lvl 17. They're located near the Volcanic Purgatory area, northeast of Etherblade.
-
The option you're looking for is "Tame Pet" if I'm not mistaken.
-
Zombies ARE undead. b:chuckle
-
I know you can tame tortoises in the river south of Lost City, but those will be awfully low leveled (level 5-8 low). I have no experience with using them (since I'm an insect handler), but I've heard they make good water tanks. There's also undines (level 35ish?) in and around the river branching off Plume Lake and…

Your Magmite HAS to be complete suckage. Compare the stats of it to the Eldergoth on the same page you got the Eldergoth stats. At lvl 90, the Magmite has much higher HP, attack, and p.def plus it's not going to kite the mob it's tanking straight into a bunch of other mobs (which you would have to try to pick off…

You can get them in Temple of the Dragon.

There's an easier way of letting people know you're not a girl when you're playing one. Your screen name. I have seen a Veno running about with the name "Imnotagirl". True story.
-
That's way too far north. The area they're supposed to be in is northeast of the Nameless Isle area.
-
You should have gotten a quest at level 7 to go see the pet skill trainer. She has a quest for you to do to get the taming skill.
-
I'm guessing for the cat-girl look. Honestly, I don't know if my human ears are visible or not, I never really paid attention.
-
This is what you should have done during the quest, in this order: Start the quest: Talk to the pet trainer and accept the quest. She will give you a net to use to capture the beast. It should be under your quest item tab. Kill the Rhinodrake for the meat: Kill a few of the Plainswalker Rhinodrakes until the meat appears…

It actually goes up to level 4 weapons (level 3 blacksmith skill). After that, I assume you go to a higher level town, such as Archosaur, but I'm not 100% sure.
-
I've heard that late in the game (like 80+ late, not 45) wizards can pretty much kill anything and everything, usually with the exception of archers. But even as a wizard in PvE I wouldn't try to grind solo. Venos can solo from the get-go, but you have to understand the roles of classes in a party since a Veno is, in…

Battle cleric...I haven't heard that on PW until now. On Fiesta, there's battle clerics (I was one in fact) which are clerics that are built like a DD fighter and fight as if they were one, except they also have healing skills. They're extremely useful in parties if they can fight and keep the party alive at the same time.…

Kowlin is definitely the fastest. The second in the line is actually the Ninetailed Fox, but that's lvl 85. The next one after that is going to be the Armored Bear. The problem with this is that both the Kowlin and the Bear are 12hr spawns so it may be difficult to get them.

Looking at stats for a SOFT Cactopod (trained from lvl 4) and a Eldergoth Marksman at the same level, the Cactopod comes out with higher stats in both defenses, but the Eldergoth has more HP and is a little bit faster. I suppose you could make up for the Cactopod's lower health if you have your heal up to date.

To be honest, going for an evasion build on a Veno is basically useless. Unless you're going on the PvP server or planning on doing a lot of TW, your pet will be tanking all the damage for you (except when you get mobbed). You're much better off putting those extra DEX stats into MAG to boost your pet heals and attack…
-
Easy. Turn the other way.
-
Well, we can't really tell you anything without any info on how you're fighting and where your stat points are going. If you clarify that a bit more, then maybe we can help you.

It sounds like it would make for an interesting war. I wouldn't participate myself since I have very bad experiences with PK servers so I avoid them at all costs (I couldn't get past level 15 on one because a high level guild decided they'd "guard" the safe zones and PK everyone that left). I presume TW in this case would…

I've only seriously played a cleric on Fiesta, usually because the skills are awful as to what one would consider support and also for things like this. That's why I chose to heal only myself and my party and no one else, except during Kingdom Quests when another party had a fail cleric. That's my cleric way.

I'm glad you posted this. I'm looking forward to getting Noxious Gas. It looks a lot like Parasitic Insects. Sure, it's not black, but it works for me.
-
It moves your current HP to your MP and vice versa, but doesn't change your maximum for either bar. It's like you have a 10 ounce jar and you pour 15 ounces of water into it, the jar will fill up but you'll lose 5 ounces at the same time.

I've heard that the frog is a better magic tank. I wouldn't know personally since I don't have one (and don't plan on getting one). I've also heard that, while the hare is rare, it's still pretty weak and most people don't use it once they can get better pets. Again, I don't know this personally. On another note, I see…

What I do is press the Print Screen key, then open Paint and paste it in there. PW might have a screenshot key, like a lot of games do, but I don't know what it is.
-
You think that's bad? There's a quest on another game that tells you to gather 250 of a single drop that only drops from three specific monsters with around a 10% drop rate of it. Not fun at all.
-
One of the human mounts looks a lot like the dragoon. You know, from Kirby. And as we all know, Kirby = Win. But I, for one, want the giant dragonfly. Goes good with my character, you know.

Custom skills? If you're talking about what I think you are, no. Absolutely not. Everyone would make massive AoE instant kill skills or just a god mode skill. Either way, it wouldn't be pretty.

I was going to suggest that too. I saw some things in the CS that I'd like to get, but it says "Random Color" so it leaves you with two options: Spam world chat about wanting to trade your color for a different one and HOPE that someone wants your color AND has the one you want; or spend MORE money on pigments and HOPE…
