well, a level 102 seeker soloed FB99 for me (the final story line development instance in the game right now). And in this game unstoppable in PvP means the PvE is all one-shots or you can solo entire instances in a few minutes.

The stat points are something like 9 (mag) to 1 (str); at level 100 you'll need 54 str, the rest should be in magic. And if you're ever at a loss, just check for what str requirements your level weapon has, that's where you should be. Hope that's what you were looking for.

This is a little old, but deserves a response for future refference. I have bought the prepaid cards (don't personally trust online transactions) and I have only seen them in the $10 & $20 amounts.
