Sharding w/ Diamonds of Tiger

Hi,
I usually shard with citrine/garnet (I'm sure you all do too), but what if I were to replace all my shards with diamonds of tiger (they give +1 attk lvl for armors too).
Let's say your hat, top, pants, boots, sleeves, and cape all have 4 sockets. You would be able to fit in 24 diamonds of tiger (24% increased magic attack).
I'm wondering if anyone has thought of this before - and if so, how feasible would this be as an option?

Note: I realize that you'd have a LOT less hp and pdef, but this just came across my mind :P...

    if ur gear was amazing i guess u could make it work..
    but my main issue is keeping myself alive, nvr had any complaints with my damage. Not to mention that would cost a fortune to socket all of it.

    If you use pdef ornaments and refine them, along with your armor, this could work. You just have to do a lot of refining

    Unless you want to take the term 'glass-cannon' to a new level you'll need some pretty decent gear. You've got to try and find a comfortable level of HP and pdef before you start going along this route. I'd say +7 refines on all gear minimum.

    Hmmm, +24% dmg. A 4k hit would than be a 5k hit.

    Would be nice, but yea. A tiny bit expensiveb:laugh

    There's an archer on HT with a full load of Attack gems, who PvPs alot. Certainly hits hard and gets aggro alot but as squishy as other archers.

    Pure Wizzies have always been glass cannons up to 90 where we become a lot tougher. Therefore as the pure vs LA argument becomes redundant, you could reframe it as sharding attacks vs citrines & pdef.

    I am considering 10 citrines, 10 attacks, the rest pdef to be an ideal balance, if I can get that far!

    That mage Tsungfood or w.e in Tao[heavens tear] has done exactly what OP is talking about.

    24 tiger diamonds. all gear & ornaments are +10 (hh99). weapon is hh100 +12 w/ g12 saphires (what are icebournes or something).

    He hits like a truck, but at the cost of...

    _(24 x 1,000,000) + (6,000,000 x 24) = $$$ for tiger gems
    +
    _(20,000,000 x 6 x 2) = $$$ for weapon gems (and lol, still a grade below the tiger gems)
    +
    _[unknown: price of hh99 gears, weapon] + X*
    +
    _35,000,000 + X
    +
    _35,000,000 + X
    = How many 100's of millions of imaginary golden coins for that gear? b:shocked


    *where X = (price of sockets + refines)

    i didnt add the gems in because i don't think pwcalc has them.

    It's possible, but you're going to need some good gear. Lunar rings, event helm/cape/boots are all a must and you're going to want at least +6 on everything. Demon/sage barrier too.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Anyways we tested it without weapon...
    4 shards = 4% increase
    24 shards = 24% increase.

    But yea he's still squishy.

    Yeah it would be pretty impossible for a non-cashshopper like me to get those...xD...Pretty cool thought though.

    These gems are designed for true endgame.

    A +12 everything 4 socket helm, chest, pants, boots, sleeves, and cape with diamond of tiger and a weapon with 2 G12 matk/patk gems is the highest damage you can get in the game. IF you are willing to pay the price.
    This is why archers are the best at true endgame.

    replace DoT with diamond of diamond with +12 set, 2 g12 HP gems in FC gold pole. Endgame catapult puller. Virtually unkillable.

    Go get a translator and ask on the chinese forums whether or not a +12 set archer or wizard would win. They would know.
    More than several warsouls exist on CN server btw.

    archers have more survival, but i do not belive a wiz would kill slower than a archer our skills have so much weap multy it makes it fair agains archers crit %

    and wiht sage bids in the right moment in sutra wiht the luck u need,,,,,i dont belive archers can,,,,,b:sad
