Regarding Eu players not being able to pay using us dollars. the reason for this is that the company has to abide by the EU laws which means they cant charge us in us dollars anymore and have to charge the euro instead. I'm an Eu player as well and while this is a bit annoying it is understandable.

Venos do have a stun b:surrender technically three. one from lucky scarab, one from a nix pet (if you have one) and the proc on parasitic nova can freeze an enemy.
