It is not an instant % increase, it has a set # of prestige points, that adds as you turn in the quests. It may not be worth getting, and you can only get 1 per order, if you take the 80% in Lum, you can not get it in Shroud or Corona.

YES PLEASE STOP WITH "Duke Blacke shouts ......... has recently acquired a token of best of luck, especially, it is very disruptive to squad chats, and faction chat. Or set it up so we can turn off the Duke Shouts, like you can turn off world chat.

nearly 3:30 am PDT why are the servers not back up? why say they will be up by 1 am when you know they wont?

I have tried everything myself from using different browsers, IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, and even a different computer where my fiance gets his Jones' Blessings, and still no frigging luck.

I have had this issue for almost a month now. I tried using a different browser still does not help. I submitted a ticket to customer no-service. They said they are aware of the problem. Good then FIX IT.

I reported the Trojan to customer-no-service, here is a copy and paste of my report and their reply. I did research on Trojan.Win32.Generic.pak!cobra and it has been in the top 10 nasty viruses for over a year, yet PWI is trying to say that is not a threat, to turn off the antivirus, or to allow it.
