It's to the west, above the cliff.
-
Try the locations mentioned here.

Chaos Undines? If I remember correctly, there are actually two types of Chaos Undines, one found on land and one underwater. I don't remember which is the one you need to kill though.
-
Yes, I did it to the first pet on my venomancer. I think it's 'restore pet' or something like that.
-
I think there are three blacksmiths in the city. One is in the west, near where all the player stalls are. There's also one in the north and one in the south, both some distance east of the respective gates, I think. I don't remember which of them is Tang though.
-
Yes, it is free. There is a cash shop, where you can pay real money for certain items, but you are not required to use it. Those items can also be bought from other players with in-game money. However, it might be quite necessary if you wish to play very competitively.

No, spells never miss. Dex increases your critical hit rate though, and is a requirement for heavy and light armour, so unless you are wearing arcane robes, you need some. My own cleric wears arcane robes, so I don't know if your build is okay for heavy or light armour. For arcane robes, I think that aside from dex, you…

You can turn it back into an egg at the pet trainer, I think.
-
For Elves, if I remember correctly, it's right across the river to the west of Plume City. I don't remember where the other races' are. The quest description should give you a rough idea where it is.
-
Well, you also drop when you run out of MP. Shouldn't happen too often though, since the level 30 flying items do not comsume MP. I think the only flying items that consume MP are the white wings that Elves get at level 1, and even then it's mainly only a concern for archers, since clerics regenerate MP faster than the…

Yes, you need to do a quest before you get it. I think it's given by the Archosaur elder.
-
I don't know if there's anything you can do after they've reached 0. For those that haven't reached 0 yet, you can get their endurance back to full by repairing at any of the NPCs that sell items.
-
The plants come later. First you have to kill a certain monster until you get it, but I'm not sure which monster it is for Untamed. After that, you go mine the plants for the second celestial sprite.
-
He's somewhere around the mines, on a ledge if I remember correctly. You might have to wait a while for him to respawn though.
-
Kiting helps a lot as a wizard or attack cleric, unless you meant that you were running out of MP a lot. It's just a little slow.
-
Both hay and pet cage can be used to increase the size of your pet bag. But you can only do the 20 hay quest once. There are other similar quests, but I don't think you can get the full 8 slots from doing them alone.
-
As far as I know, they don't do anything. They are just for show.
-
320 330, it seems, in the White Ridge area.
-
Been a while since I've done the quest, but I think that you have to visit the Recluse at some point. After that, I think you need to kill Carapest Terrors. Have you done either one? If it's really reputation that you need, maybe you could head over to Archosaur and do some of the quests there first. 21 is about the level…
-
I'm quite sure cultivation has nothing to do with reputation. You should have got a quest from an NPC that will raise your cultivation when you finish it.
-
Well, as I said in the other thread, it seems to change every 40 levels.
-
I think the picture changes every 40 levels.
-
Perhaps there are just a lot of people in the game who like soloing? They are apparently also great for making money, so another reason they are so common might be that people make venomancer alts for moneymaking purposes.
-
1 every 2 levels.
-
Well, at your level, I would suggest getting to level 20 or so and then kill the purple rhinodrakes just outside Archosaur city for it.
-
It's called Archosaur city in this version. The quest is available at level 30. From the elder, I think.
-
With 1.5 Vit and 3.5 Mag per level, where do you get the Str and Dex needed for light armour?
-
Venomancers are the only ones who can get combat pets. Barbarians and other classes don't get them. You can get non-combat pets, which are pretty much just for show, but you will have to buy them, probably for quite a high price.
-
You mean male ones? Yes, there are.
-
Yes, it will be returned.
