attack/healer/Tank Cleric

I don't know if this sounds like a stupid idea but I think a cleric might go for a hybrid of tank/healer/attack.

Purpose
This could serve as a primarily an attacker and as a secondary healer.
Heal you're lowered HP with you're one heal.

How to
Kill from the distance and let the mob throw 1-2 attacks.

stats
1) 1.5 Vit per lvl
2) 3.5 Mag per lvl

Skills
1) ALL Buffs - lvl as much as possible;3rd priority
2) All Attack skills - lvl as much as possible; 1st priority
3) One heal. - lvl as much as possible;2nd priority
4) lvl 2 revive
5) The poison remover

items
1) light armour
2) best weapon possible
3) mp charm(optional)

I use this combination since I rarely join parties and it works decently for solo.
Its even better in parties where the attacking skill is good for dealing large damage and if needed you can heal and throw some buff stuff.

I dont' know how terrible or good an idea this is but it works for me.

    With 1.5 Vit and 3.5 Mag per level, where do you get the Str and Dex needed for light armour?

    I lvl those occasionally. the 1.5 and 3.5 are just generalizations not rules.

    I think your focusing on being a jack of all trade on everything then going more of a solid build.

    Your stats will be divided between Vit / Str / Dex / Magic and I think by doing so your damage and heals will greatly suffer.

    I wouldn't recommend going Light armour until later in game like 85+ until then I would use robe and focus on good magic and some vitality. Also add HP (or phys resis) to your armour.

    Tank/healer...? lol x:

    My cleric is almost full magic which serves well as both attacking and healing though she is mainly focused
    on support.
    Good luck finding the spirit points for all the skills though :0

    Ouch.
    I hope other ppl don't follow your built.

    First of all if you want to be able to wear light armour and the latest weapon, your HP will suffer.
    In PVP you will be an easy target for melee as well for magic classes.

    People restat to light armour at higher levels IF they have the money to refine all their EQ to min. +5.
    This way they get their HP from their eq and can pump a decent amount of Mag. If you don't do that you will be easy to kill and your damage will be low.


    What I normally suggest is go for the CON build:
    Put enough Str to wear the latest robe.
    Put enough Mag to wear the latest weapon.
    Pour rest into Vit until your Vit is like 80. When your Vit is 80 put all into Mag.
    If you're rich refine your eq and restat some Vit to your Mag.
    Only refine eq when you're 60+, before that it is a waste since you level like fast before 60.
    And wear necklace and belt that will give you physical defence.
